What logo size and dimensions should i upload? Whenever I upload a logo it cuts it off in the settings, what should I do?

We don’t restrict to upload logos of any size and dimensions. The logo image loads as is, you should go to Groovy preset settings and set the necessary height (size) of logo image. The logo height setting can be found at Groovy preset > General > Logo > Logo height https://nimb.ws/E7q8Aw
I just updated the theme to last version but cannot impost dummy data. It say I still has the older versione and that the database update is in background. But the top header say I has the 1.4.3 How can I fix it and import the data?

Loco translate is for translating theme/plugin internal strings. To make site content multilingual you should use WPML or similar plugin. Such plugins allow to create a separate content for each language.

The menu, as well as logo in the menu, are part of our plugin named Groovy menu. To add/change a logo please navigate to Groovy menu > Dashboard > Global Settings > Logo http://nimb.ws/Dm9ANM You can add there the logo for the desktop and mobile menu as well as for the sticky menu (the case where the menu sticks to the top while scrolling the page).

1) I have problem related to Portfolio archive settings page. 2) I use Transparent standard menu which I cannot adjust on the portfolio archive page (as well as on Search, 404, etc) (https://www.dropbox.com/s/wkudxgn17ckj68w/03-Portfolio-archive.png?dl=0). Any help here?

How can I start with an existing theme “http://crane.grooni.com/home-5/” as it as, so that I can selective add/replace images and text?
I have a live site and I dont want to disturb that, so I am considering a staging strategy. To reduce the turn-around time, I want to start with “http://crane.grooni.com/home-5/” as-it-is and just replace text, images, logo and not start from scratch. But when i installed the theme on the staging site (it replicated my existing site theme with customization) and selected to start with “home-5” theme, i saw that the theme(exact as shown with images and layout) is not created. Need help ASAP.

Does this theme allow for a second menu at the very top of the page? Perhaps a different background color?

Thank you for your interest. Do you mean the different menu on the other pages? If yes, the Groovy menu allows you to create an unlimited number of menus (each with individual settings) and setting the menu globally for the whole site, for specific posts types (for example woocommerce, blog, portfolio) or for individual pages. Also, we recently released Groovy menu 1.5 which allows you to create (with Page Builder) and place any content inside mega menus.
P.S. In our promo site http://crane.grooni.com/ we set different menus almost for every page demonstrating possibilities of the Groovy menu.
I bought the theme and still trying to deploy for a client. but it appears the theme takes a long time to load and is not IE compatible.

I am installing this WordPress theme for the 3th time now (3 licenses). First and second time no problems, but now I get this message:

I think I need an upgrade for my hostingpackage, but how big is this theme?

The theme size is only 3.8 Mb (zipped). The default upload_max_filesize is 2 Mb, so you should increase it. Also, please make sure that the server meets system requirements specified in this article http://grooni.com/docs/crane/general/system-requirements/ They are not something special but standard requirements for most WordPress themes.
