Gan, saya mau update theme jnews versi terbaru (v.3.1.2) , sebelum saya mau update apa kira2 nanti ada masalah gak ya ? karna yg udah2 saya setiap update theme selalu tidak berhasil, dan keluar kalimat “maintenance briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance”. jadi harus rombak lagi dr awal (capek hehe). cry:
ada yang review tuh bro. semua update lancar jaya alias smooth. kalau susah update normal, mending pake ftp aja.

gan , saya udah update themes nya melalu dashboard..dan hasilnya malah gagal gan keluar layar putih pas dibuka webnya , dengan tulisan “Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.”
itu bukan gagal bro, tp blm kelar download nya. itu rada susah kalau dari sana bro. soalnya server bakal coba download file. dan besar kemungkinan server nya ga bisa download. mending pake ftp aja. lebih aman dan bisa di monitor berhasil / gagal nya.
oke gan sudah berhasil upload nya dan ini pake ftp, tapi sekarang page builder (wpbakery) nya gabisa di activate, jadi tampilan web berantakan deh . knp ya itu

Extracted and rearchived zip file and manually placed in folder and then reextracted and it worked

Even after manually place zip file in wp-content/themes folder the zip file will not complete extraction the zip file is corrupted thus the link expires because the zip file wont finish extracting
I manually open it on my computer then archived it back to a zip file and manually uploaded and extracted and it worked but this is not what I asked for I asked for a product review site how did i get this

I have like 7 license and now your support says I cannt raise a ticket my licence expired, really? lol… I purchased a few a week ago. I NEED HELP! I’ve been working on a new site and it all of the sudden messed up, the css won’t save anywhere so header css colours as example it’s not using what is setup in customizer and the preview in customizer is fine, perfect as it should be it’s only viewing the site that it’s all lost.

The latest update doesn’t include the Gutenberg single page layout, image layout options. Any plan to make it actually compatible with the new updates?
Also, after updating to 5.0, the backend is broken. Yoast plugin layout section as well as single page theme options are all broken, don’t know if it is happening with only our site or all sites Jnews

also single page template is actually available, if you said single post layout, its also available.

if you still having issue, try to disable all other plugin that not related to themes, it may cause the issue.

I know single page templates are available, I was talking about the image layouts that gutenberg offers by default.
do you mean JNews Gallery? or do you talking about other element?
Not Gallery. Gutenberg gives the option to set wide image keeping the content layout narrow. In the current JNews layout options, that is not possible

hi danielrijo, auto update is possible but its not recommended, because when you update the themes, you will also need to update plugin too.
if you need to have auto update for themes, you can add this code on functions.php file :
add_filter( 'auto_update_theme', '__return_true' );

Hello! I have a problem when trying to edit my home page at the backend with WPbakery. Instedd of showing blocks and columns or elements it shows the sourcecode of the page inside a sigle container so customizations seems impossible. Please some advice to resolve the problem!
Looks like the page format is of Gutenberg but I deactivated and deleted Gutenberg. Frontend editing works but not backend. Is this i problem of WPbakery due to some wordpress updates or what? will there be a fix? Cant use wpbakery normally
