Could you please clarify few doubts before I go onto purchase the theme.
1. Which version of visual composer is included with the theme? Free or premium?
2. Visual composer has the option of frontend editor even in the free version Why is the Frontend editor in the visual composer is disabled in the theme?
3. Latest version of visual composer is 10.0. Is this included in the theme and theme compatible with this?
4. If we separately buy a visual composer will it work with the theme?

1. Our theme comes with the premium WPBakery plugin: https://wpbakery.com/ .
2. We disabled it to suit our theme’s needs, but you can bring it back if you wish. Please see: https://select.ticksy.com/article/10074/ .
3. Our theme comes with WPBakery 5.4.7. We will include the latest version (5.6) in the next theme update. If you wish to update sooner, our support team can provide you with the latest plugin version.
4. Ultima was tested with WPBakery, and this is the only page builder we recommend using.

If using WordPress 5, you should install the Classic Editor. Please see this article for more info.
In the next theme update, we’ll include the latest version of WPBakery, which is compatible with the Gutenberg editor.

The header layout isn’t working on the latest version of the Edge browser (version 44). Is there a patch for this? You can see it broken at: www.thinktrio.com. It looks fine on other browsers, and fine on Edge version 42, but is broken for version 44.

Just bought this theme and loaded it in, activated all plugins, loaded the demo etc. When I go to the the main home page I see a red box that says “Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias main-home not found”. How do I fix this? Thanks

Hello …Yes my support has ended but I expect that you will be able to help me with this issue as I notified you over 6mos ago that I was unable to join your support forum and was unable to put in a support ticket because the system would not allow new joiners. I need to reset the initlal woocommerce select options ONLY as it is overriding my choice not to have sidebars in the woocommerce category pages. My client changed their mind after I changed the settings in the select options. Can you tell me how to do this. Selecting no sidebar on the shop pages does not work. Thank you, Patti

Yes that will work but it will no longer display the 4 products because it still believes that there is a sidebar . Select options is 4(3 with sidebar) The default with your Slect options is no sidebar and I need to restore that option. Your select options for woocommerce should have the option to show no sidebars added. I will renew my support and submit a support ticket so that you can resolve the issue. Thank you

Please note that logo height is constricted by the header, so you should try increasing your header height in Select Options > Header.

That is exactly what I did but logo size didn’t budge. Email me and I’ll explain further with screenshot.
Same thing for search icon and side menu. I don’t see any option to disable them

I’ve hosted the website using virtual host so you can’t see it yet.. Check this screenshot. Header size is default 85px Logo size is 40px height but its only showing it on 20px height no matter what i do. I even increased the header size but it just makes menus look fat ugly yet still no change in logo size.

Logo images get compressed to 1/2 their size in order to be retina ready, which is why a logo image that is 40px tall will be displayed as 20px. So we suggest uploading a larger logo image.

Your qodef-logo-wrapper class is screwed up or something .. i uploaded 400×100 size logo and it got compressed to 100×25 .. can I please have some fix to this.. my client is really annoyed.

I have something wonky going on with my site. It was working fine, but now certain page elements are repeating and some are completely hidden.
