Hi Team, Would say a very nice theme to use and maintain.
We just have one problem, when we shift the website from one server to another, we lost the theme settings. Is there any way by which we can retain the theme settings on the go? Can we export the theme settings? Either from code or by any way round?

Thanks Team for your quite revert. We use the same method explained in the tutorial, but what happens is, everything comes up except the Select Theme Settings/Options are factory reset and we need to do all the settings again.

It appears that dynamic PHP files are loaded on your site instead of static JS files. This is happening if you are using multi site, or if your assets (CSS and JS) folder is not writable.
Please try to set 775 file permissions on CSS and JS folders in your theme folder. And then navigate to Select Options and click on Save in order to generate the static files.

I’m using version 3.0. The problem is coming out of the visual composer 5.4.7 is not php 7.2 compatible. I think there is a 5.5 version which is.

class-vc-mapper.php
line 186: while ( $activity = each( $this->element_activities[ $tag ] ) ) {
each is not more supported in 7.2 therefore PROBLEM.

I would like to change text size of footer menu, but I can’t find where to do it. I tried to change everything in Select Option, but it doesn’t help. The problem is in the left column in footer “Nakupovanie”.

I have another issue. I did update of WooCommerce plugin and the page don’t behave how it was before. I can’t add the logo to the header (left side). It worked yesterday, but not now. I tried to fill everything in settings (Select Options), but can’t get the sollution.

There is also problem with photo gallery. I had a few photos in gallery (thumbnail) and after click on that, it opened in the same window with animation and there was option to close the picture. That’s not working anymore.

hi I bought this theme a while back and haven’t used any of the support. However I’m finding that hardly anything on this theme is easy or even works as it should? I would really appreciate some help seeing as I haven’t used support and pretty much need it every step of the way.
It’s wasting my valuable time which is worth a lot more than the £50 I spent on this theme.
For example the contact me form doesn’t work?

The documentation is awful, and at best very sparse and unclear.
It should be not to far from obvious how to do anything on this theme.
I’ve bought this to make money. It is currently COSTING me money and stress and great inconvenience.
I hope you can find it in your hearts to reissue support.

I am having a problem with this site on one particular page http://milkinsjewelers.com/virtual-diamond-search/. There is a third-party iframe with a search that only works with a page refresh. I have minimal plugins, most that are native to the theme. The author of the iframe code says (what’s below):
“I’m noticing a few jQuery related javascript errors in the console. The one that I think may be causing the issue is the one I’ve marked here https://www.screencast.com/t/2tRRkKp7.
I’ve been told that different versions of jQuery on the same page can cause issues. What’s odd is when I F5 the page, the problem disappears temporarily, only to come back if I navigate elsewhere on your site.

He later wrote this:

I can’t believe how much time I’ve wasted trying to work out the most simple things on this site?? Why are there several boxes for google map address for example? No matter what combination I put them in it still takes me to australia on the map?
