1) what I meant is that is your theme compatible and can accommodate a whatsapp icon that if browsing on mobile opens the app in mobile for sending text queries?

We have not tested that plugin but it should work fine if it do not overwrite WordPress or theme features as plugins have higher priority over theme.

Hi,

Thank you. There are two installations, but I am not sure how you can track both when the theme license is activated for only one of them. The unactivated one is a theme test site and is not live. The activated one is a site I am working on while referring to the test site and it will be live when done.

As for the support, I will look into renewing it.

- You can use Single Layouts option also to import your desired pages / posts only in chunk if required.

- Please disable WordPress Importer or any other import related plugin to avoid any conflict.

Hello. I’ve tried. Doesn’t work and I have a couple of problems. I would really appreciate if you could to a demo import. Maybe that will fix all my problems like forms opening up but empty. I certainly upgraded the plugins, as I always do. This is really about regression testing or lack of. Also, I tried upgrading to 1.9.4 and the same thing happened. So something fundamentally changed from 1.9.3 to 1.9.4 that is breaking the header layout. Other people here have reported the same.

You also didn’t answer my main question: is it required to upgrade before I upgrade to WC3.5?

Sorry, please ignore the comment above. I tried to edit it, but the system timed out. Here is the updated comment and questions.

May I suggest that you include in a future update more options in the theme settings to control specifically the font family and font weight in the various sections of the theme, so, for example, all the font parameters in the header can be different from the font parameters in the body or footer.

What do I need to add to the theme CSS to change the following?

1. Font-family of the menu items in the top and sticky headers? 2. Height of the header 3. Height of the very bottom section of the footer (the part usually reserved for the copyright and small logo).

We have not added font family option in every shortcode to reduce the theme load and complexity, so there is no confirmed plan to add it in future updates but we will pass on it to our technical team for review.

Please consult your designer for custom code / css requests. Also you can use Google chrome inspect tool https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/inspect-styles/ to find attached css selector for writing custom css code for any element in the front website page.

Thanks, when I can afford a renewal I will. I just noticed another issue with the spacing, cannot find it in the demo but when I add a featured image to a portfolio post the header and page title act weird with bottom padding. If you cannot assist me here then I will raise both tickets if I renew.

If you enable Ajax popup for any post then that means that will be visible as a popup and hence it will not be used for the purpose of viewing with separate url like above because popup post will use CSS/JS from parent page only from where it was opened.
