My website has been working fine for months now. Recently, I updated wordpress to v5.0.2 and I have noticed problem with the Trainer Carousel. It seemed to have diapered? So, I recreated it using WPB editor but when I saved/up[dated it did not appear? Then I notice after a while it appears in the editor and the live site, but then when you refresh the page its gone again until it reappears 20 seconds later?
Also on the homepage ‘What Members Say’ is delayed in showing

WordPress latest update have some compatibility issues with WPBakery Page Builder, so if you update WordPress you must update the page builder too to avoid any issues. The latest version of our theme has included the latest page builder so you should update the theme and included plugins right away to avoid any issues.

If you have install winrar software then just click in zip file it will be unzip. Or see in download option Themeforst has “Installable WordPress file only” then you can install that.

I just purchases a wordpress theme from your site, it is missing a critical piece to get the program up and running… this is the error that I am receiving:

Sir I told you yesterday sent screenshot image upload not working ask your Hosting. Image upload is WordPress default media no relation with Theme.
May be permission or htaccess related issue it is hosting related I face 2 times in my own hosting.

I bought the theme but I don’t think I can use it. So much work to get a bold weight of type to work in the slider, I am very disappointed. Not fair to say to customers that the theme supports many google fonts when they actually don’t support bold, heavy, etc variations. I would like to get my money back so I can buy theme that I can use. Thanks, Daniela.
Hello, Sir Layer Slider is one of popular & top selling Slider plugin. If your fon’t Support bold then it should work normanny. You can set from Layer style tab or can write custom css. If still face issue send me url & WP admin I will check.

I’m sorry but you didn’t answer my questions completely. There were two questions.
Where do I update perma links. I thought I did that but all of the links didnt work.
Also, is there a way to duplicate the various layouts. For example, I want to duplicate the “trainers” layout so i can repurpose it for featuring people (e.g. my clients)
Sorry sir I miss 2nd question 1) Permalink can re-set from WordPress Settings => Permalink After change slug need to reset permalink otherwise link not work.
2) WPBakery Page Builder trainer is addon you just set the layout from addon setting then if want to use another page just select the layout you will get same look.

The LayerSlider WP does not working on Chrome desktop view. The carousel become static and just show the first background image only. Can you help it? Thanks.

This is the website https://invis.hk/. It’s very strange, the slider does not work on Windows Chrome only, Mac Chrome renders properly. It works on mobile view and Firefox, Safari, Edge.
