I am having an issue. Is it possible for an instructor to also enroll for the course they have created? When I add an instructor to the course, the instructor status is always changing to expired. Why?
remove the user and re-add, if the status still remains expired please check the course – settings – course duration, make sure it is not 0 which means the course expires as soon as someone subscribes to it. Grassblade works with WPLMS. WPLMS Courses are able to record statements and scoring in grassblade. You just need to connect the TinCAN parameters in WP Admin – WPLMS – TinCan.

We need to get reports of all course history made by the user. However, the system allows you to take a user report by course, that is, currently if you want a history of courses made by the user, we must enter each course and issue the report of that user. Is there a way to issue a single report per user?
Another issue is that the “Statistics” option in the LMS menu does not list users alphabetically, nor does it have a search field. Is it possible to enter this search field?
Well all courses report by user is not available as of now in wplms.We will try to add this in future updates .

Hi, I bought your theme. I try upload .zip in course, but disclaimer say “rest index.html” but I have index.html in .zip 
Well all the files must be in the root of your zipped file .It should not be in a folder in zipped file .
there must be a index.html or any html file in the .zip file. The latest Articulate 360 is wrapping an additional folder over the files, so we need to extract the package, then locate the folder with the files and then upload it in the course.
Is it possible to have a membership/subscription (a single order) that allows a parent / teacher to have their member login AND also allow (2) or more logins for the account for their children/students who would not have access to the Teacher’s Guide?
For example, I would like to be able to sell the following as an order called the Complete Starter Kit.
1. Enrollment membership fee of $19.95 per member on the order (I will be mailing some materials that should entail shipping costs per membership)
2. A Textbook that can be read only (virtual, & cannot be copied or downloaded as a PDF)
3. PDF downloads of Worksheets, Activities, etc.
4. Teachers’s Guide (downloadable PDF) but only accessable by the member who is the teacher…. OR should the Teacher’s Guide only be sold separately. If so, then the teacher would have access to the student(s) textbook, downloadable PDF’s and virtual textbook.
How could this be accomplished where they both have access to everything, but the students would not have access to the teacher’s guide? (It has all the answers to the Activities/Worksheets.)
Are there different ways to set up the account to include several different orders? A Student Starter Kit has everything except the Teacher’s Guide. Could one order just the student start Kit & also the Teacher’s guide and get 2 different logins?

You can create a private group of instructors where you can share all the materials related to instructors and simply all for access drive for students/ instructors both .

I want to customize the 3 buttons in course page ( back to course, review course, finish course. ). I want to use that buttons for some other things.
I’m using full screen course status template. I’m not getting which template to edit to customize buttons.
I tried by editing packaged.php file but changes are not reflecting on course page. am I editing the wrong file ?
Can you pls tell me which template to edit for my required customizations ?

Well those buttons are added using this hook action : ” wplms_course_action_points ” .So you can use the same hook to do your things .

I think you’re looking at wrong place, the action “wplms_course_action_points” runs the function course_action_points in vibe course module – bp_course_actions.php. The ideal way to make the changes will be to unhook the course_action_points at the hook and add your own function. This way you do not need to worry about updates overwriting your changes. Please post on wplms.io/support for detailed help.

With default theme, the product page is showing, but with wplms theme this is the error i am getting on the front end: Fatal error: Call to undefined function wc_product_class() in /home4/yourasxo/public_html/wp-content/themes/wplms/woocommerce/content-single-product.php on line 36

These are core WooCommerce functions, seelink to code. So the error should not appear in first place. Which version of theme and WooCommerce are you using ?
WPLMS theme: 3.7 and Woocommerce: 3.3.5
You can upgrade the WooCommerce to latest 3.5 version.

This happens because the theme size 35mb is more than the server upload limit. Please consult your web-host to increase this limit. There are other ways of installing as well, but it is recommended to get this limit increased so that you do not face issues while updating as well. We also offer setup and installtion for free.
