Unfortunately, please keep in mind that the WP-Rocket was not tested with our theme and we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with our product, sorry! We cannot provide support for untested plugins. Try to remove it, clear all the caches and check the results. If you want to achieve better theme’s results, we recommend using only tested plugins.

Hi, I have installed today version 9.2. I had before 8.5 and after the update no image is shown in the main page. When I go to posts images are there but in the main page all of them have disappeared. Is this a known issue with the 9.2 version? What to do so that my images can be shown again?
I have just noticed that in the HTML in the “src” attribute of the “img” tag there is something like this “data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGg…” instead of the path to the image itself. How to fix?

Please make sure you update to version 9.2.1 as there was indeed an image issue in 9.2 regarding slower internet connections. Most of our post templates wil show the featured image so you do not hat have to place it in the post content as well. I cannot see any image duplication though on your website at the moment. You are probably uploading the whole theme package. You have to upload only the theme zip file, not the whole package which contains other items – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821510-Theme-is-missing-the-style-css-stylesheet-error

I change the version of my site to HTTP to HTTPS and now the td composer and t social composer donts works, i do all everthing that say this guide http://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-how-to-update-a-plugin and donts works. Hi, that dont answer my question, i know and i did works correctly the version HTTPS, but the plugins dont works correctly, i delete and reinstall the plugins js composer and the other of the theme but dont works correctly. or i need delete ALL the plugins of the page and later install first de js composer and td composer, etc? why dont do a guide step by step of this work in a real page not a empty page without content and show: Look,delete all the plugins of the page, next install first this plugin and next this other plugin…

There is no exact order in which you should install or update plugins.. You made a ssl change that broke the proper functionality of the theme or plugins. We cannot know exactly what you did as this is not a know issue for us. However, we recommend to make a staging site with the latest version of it for testing and check the results. Unfortunately, it seems to be a problem caused by your dedicated server or PHP version. First please check the requirements for Newspaper and make sure that you have configured them correctly ( like in the guide ). -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ Most of the time this is happening because the wp_memory_limit is too low. Also, you can try to follow the next steps for fixing this problem ->
1. Go the the File manager. 2. Look to the top right Cog “settings” Select 3. Check the box “Show hidden files” then Save. 4. Go to the file path public_html > wp-admin Look to the top Left and select + File 5. Create PHP.INI file Insert the following:
safe mode = Off (cannot adjust) memory_limit = 256M (MAXIMUM) max_execution_time = 30 (MAXIMUM in seconds) max_input_time = 60 (MAXIMUM in seconds) post_max_size = 64M (MAXIMUM) upload_max_filesize = 64M (MAXIMUM) enable_dl = Off (cannot adjust)

Make sure to also update your Php to 5.6. 7.1 and 7.2 are recommended for PHP version.
