Hi, how to add a button (link to instagram), above the instagram horizontal photos?
Hi,
Please open your customizer, then go to “Site Footer” > “Content Options” > “Instagram”, then find the “Title” option and enter some text, such as “Follow Me”. It will show as the title above the fullwidth Instagram feed. Clicking on this title will take you to your Instagram page. Please see this screenshot as reference: https://d.pr/free/i/KrbUWs .
And there are 2 options of the Title Layout: “Default” & “Overlay”. Please see this screenshot: https://d.pr/free/i/kE8TPE .
Thank you.

Hi. My Instagram feed has suddenly disappeared. I understand this came inbuilt with the theme. Please let me know how to get it back to functioning. My website is thewanderlets.com
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
We just checked your website, your Instagram feed is displayed in your site footer, please see this screenshot: https://d.pr/free/i/Gpzg6N .
And here are some possible reasons why you see the Instagram feed disappear:
1). The required plugin “Fallsky Extension” may be accidentally deactivated. Based on WordPress code standards and ThemeForest requirements, some features must be included in the required plugin, but not included in the theme itself. So if the required plugin is not activated, some features will not be available.
2). If the Instagram pictures stops updating, or if some images don’t appear, then the Instagram issues may be related to caching.
In Fallsky Version 1.1.7 (released in July, 2018), we added some new features for Instagram to avoid problems like this. We just checked your website and found that the Fallsky theme on your website is version 1.0.5. Therefore, please follow the steps below:
Step 1 – Please update your Fallsky theme to the latest version (version 1.3.0). You may like to read the documentation: Update Theme.
Step 2 – Please also update the required plugin “Fallsky Extension” to the latest version, and make sure it is activated after the update. Please read the documentation for more details: Update Required Plugin.
Step 3 – Please open your WordPress Customizer, go to “General” > “Instagram”. There you can find 2 options: “Clear Instagram Cache” & “Enable AJAX”. You can try to manually clear the Instagram cache, and you can also enable the “Load Instagram pictures dynamically with AJAX” option. Please check the documentation for more information about Instagram.
If the problem still exists, please create a temporary admin account for us and let log into your website, so that we can look into the problem for you. Please email the login credentials to general@loftocean.com .
Thank you very much.

Hi, 5 stars + excellent support, thank you so much guys! problem solved.
No worries. Thank you for your feedback!
Awesome looking theme and demos! Curious if on scroll animations and parallax can work on mobile view? Just pls let me know either way Thnks
Hi,
Thank you for you interest in our theme.
On scroll animations and parallax animations currently only work on the desktop, because of factors such as load speed and device performance. Thanks.
Best regards,
The Loft.Ocean Team
Ok, if that ever changes in an update (I think best to give customers options to have on/off parallax and animations on mobile) then let me know thnks!
No problem. We will consider adding this option in a future update. Thank you for your suggestion!
Hi there,
Here is what is going on, if you go the following page: https://staging.cancerwellness.com/shop/because-love-interview/ you will see the following posts on the bottom. However, the pagination is not working.
We are using the Fallsky child theme and we have Fallsky Extension installed as well. Even though we have the Fallsky Extension installed, and there is no option of choosing a similar posts option. Is there a reason why the pagination is not working on the template?
Thank you..
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us. Please see below:
1. Please allow us to confirm the problem with you:
You mentioned that the pagination is not working on the page. However, we checked this page, and the post pagination is working. Please see this screenshot ( https://d.pr/WQOUyS ) of your page: On the bottom of this single post, the “Previous Article” and the “Next Article” are displayed in the “Post Pagination” section. This is the default feature of WordPress core. When you click on these 2 links, you can see that the 2 links are working properly.
So, let’s assume that your problem is that you’d like to display several “Related Posts” below the “Post Pagination” section, right?
2. If you cannot find the “Related Posts” options in your customizer:
Please see this screenshot ( https://d.pr/aV2ya1 ) of our test site: We tested the unchanged child theme of the Fallsky theme (which can be found in the download package), and the “Related Posts” options can be found in the “Single Post” section of the customizer. So far, we have not received any similar issue reports from other users. If these options are not available in your child theme, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1). There may be some PHP conflicts between the Fallsky theme and some plugins on your website, which has caused this feature to be broken.
2). Your child theme has been customized by your developer(s). And some custom PHP code may cause this feature to be unusable.
However, since we couldn’t reproduce this problem on our test site, we don’t have enough clues to find the exact cause.
Please create a temporary admin account for us and let us log into your site, so that we can check your site settings and the custom PHP code of your child theme. This will be the best way to find out the exact cause of the problem.
Please email your login credentials to general@loftocean.com . Thanks.

Hi there,
On the following page: https://cancerwellness.com/cancer-in-the-environment/mesothelioma/ there seems to be an issue with the pagination. For some reason, it is only showing two posts. Is there a reason why?
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
We checked the page link and this is not an issue: on the single post, it only show 2 posts in the pagination section: the previous article & the next article.
If you’d like to display some “Related Posts” on the single post, please open your customizer, then go to “Single Post” section, find the “Related Posts” option and enable it.
By the way, there are no “Purchased” and ”Supported” labels next to your username. Since our support is only available to customers with a valid support license, if you need our support again later, please see below:
1. If you purchased this theme with another Envato account, please log into that account and submit the support request on the comment page.
2. If someone else purchased this theme for you, please ask them for the purchase code. Then please contact us via email ( general@loftocean.com ) and please include the purchase code in your support request.
You may like to read this article to know “Where Is My Purchase Code?” – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202822600-Where-Is-My-Purchase-Code- .
Thank you very much.
Best regards,
The Loft.Ocean Team
I’m not seeing the “Related Posts” option on the single post section. As for the support, I work for the company that brought the template.
Hi,
Thank you for your feedback.
Please make sure you have installed and activated the required plugin “Fallsky Extension”. If you need more information about how to install this plugin, please check the theme documentation: Install Required Plugin.
After you have installed and activated the required plugin, please refresh your customizer page and go to “Single Post” section and check again. The “Related Posts” options will appear under the “Display Post Pagination” option.
And about the support license:
We understand that your company used another ThemeForest account when purchasing our theme, so there are no “purchased” and “supported” labels next to your username. But please kindly understand that as the author of Envato Marketplace, we must abide by the Envato / ThemeForest policy, so we need to verify the user’s support license. We can only verify support licenses by checking the “Purchased” and “Supported” labels next to the username or by checking the purchase code (or invoice). If we are unable to verify that you have a valid support license, we will not be able to provide you with further support.
Therefore, if you need our support next time, please provide your purchase code (or invoice) to help us verify your support license (please email to general@loftocean.com ). Thank you very much for your understanding.

Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
Please check the following how-to articles to know how to translate the Fallsky theme:
- How to translate the Fallsky theme.
- If your website is a bilingual/multilingual website, please also read this how-to article: Make a bilingual/multilingual Site with Fallsky Theme and Polylang Plugin.
By the way, if you will need our support in the future, could you please write in English? Just need to use simple words and phrases to describe your problem (and you may like to know how to submit a support request). Because we only provide support services in English. If you use other languages, we can only translate them through translation tools. Usually the translation is not very accurate and may lead us to misunderstand your question. Thank you very much for your understanding.

I would like to use a different Post Layout depending on the individual Category instead of only being able to use the same Post Layout for all Categories. How would I do this?
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
Sorry, for now this feature is not available in the theme. But we have planned to add this feature in the next update of the Fallsky theme (we have received similar feature requests from other users recently).
Since we are still in the middle of another project, the time to release the next update of the Fallsky theme remains to be determined as development may be unpredictable. We will notify you when the next update is released.
Thank you very much for your understanding.

Good morning I can’t properly view the easy table of contents plugin in my website. In the summary there are some black dots that cover the titles that I want to display. I ask you how to properly manage these table of contents. Thank you

Hello! I bought your theme some time ago and in general I’m very satisfied. What I do not find solved well is the mobile presentation of featured category widget on the home page. This should definitely be revised, e.g. by arranging the pictures belog each other and not next to each other. At the moment it doesn’t look good as there is always a white space. I used my iPhone X for this (Safari). My website is: wherethejourneystarts.com
Is ist possible to improve that in an update or can you send me an html code ?
Thank you. BR, Simone
Hi Simone,
Thank you for contacting us.
We see this layout problem and will fix it in the next update of the theme. Thank you very much for pointing this out.
If you would like to get this fix before we release the next update, please send an email to general@loftocean.com and we can provide some custom CSS code for you to tweak the layout.
Many thanks!

Hello,
I use the Fallsky theme for our company blog, which should be search engine optimized. After some audits I noticed that the Fullwidth-Featured Area Slider only displays the Post Title as h2 tag and therefore there is no h1 on the page, which can have an impact.
Is there a way to change the heading tags for the Fullwidth-Featured Area slider from H2 to H1?
Thanks for your support.
Best regards
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
Please read this article for more information: There is no H1 tag on my homepage. Is it a problem for SEO?
Hope this can help.
By the way, it is quite late in our timezone. If you have any questions, please feel free to leave a comment or email to general@loftocean.com . We will get back to you as soon as possible tomorrow. Thanks!

Hi Marcin,
Thank you for contacting us!
We tested different themes and found that the problem was caused by the WordPress editor. Please read this how-to article for more details and solution for this issue:
How to edit galleries created in the Classic Editor in the new Gutenberg Editor?
Hope this helps. If you still have problems while editing the galleries, please create a temporary admin account for us and let us log into your site so that we can look into this problem for you. Please email the login credential to general@loftocean.com .
Thank you very much.

ok, I think i manage do do it (http://kilkastopoddomu.pl/?p=618, but i have to convert all Gutenberg block into classic, while puting galleries?
Hi Marcin,
Thank you for your reply. Please see the answers below:
1. If you are going to use the new Gutenberg editor, and if the gallery is inside the “Classic Block”, then you need to convert the “Classic Block” to Gutenberg blocks. (Gutenberg block cannot be converted into a Classic block.)
If users intend to use the new Gutenberg editor, then we recommend that users always convert the “Classic Block” to new Gutenberg block (regardless of whether you need to edit the Gallery in the “Classic Block”), because editing the content will be easier and more flexible.
2. If you’d like to use the old classic editor, please install the “Classic Editor” plugin. Please follow the steps below:
1). In your site dashboard, please go to “Plugins” > “Add New” > Then search for “Classic Editor” > Install and activate the plugin. Please see this screenshot.
Once the plugin is activated, the classic editor will be your default editor.
2). If you want to use both the old and new editors on your website, then please go to “Settings” > “Writing” > Enable the “Allow users to switch editors” option (please refer to this screenshot).
Then, when you edit a page/post, you can choose to edit it in the “Classic Editor” or the new Gutenberg Editor (“Block Editor”). Please refer to this screenshot.
3). And then you can edit the galleries in the “Visual Editor” tab of the classic editor, as shown in this screenshot.

Hope this helps. If we misunderstood your question, please feel free to let us know.

Hi! Really happy with the Fallsky theme, easy to install and modify. One question though – how do I automatically make every post/page title a H1? In my old theme it was automated but it doesn’t seem to work in the Fallsky theme, and since the post title is also on the hero pic on top it doesn’t look good to have it again in the post.
Big thanks in advance!
Best, Emmi (explorista.se)
Hi Emmi,
Thank you for contacting us. And we are glad to hear that you are happy with the Fallsky theme!
Sorry but we don’t quite understand your question: When the post/page title is on the featured image (the hero pic), the post/page title will not display again in the post content. Or, you’d like to display the title again in the post?
If we misunderstood your question, could you please provide more details so that we can better understand it? Please email these information to general@loftocean.com .
- For example, you can send us a link to a page/post and indicate the title you are referring to: the title on the hero image or the title in the post.
- Maybe you can also provide some screenshots of the expected results, such as some mockups?
- You can also send us some screenshots of the old theme so that we can see the differences.
Looking forward to your reply. Thank you very much!
Best regards,
The Loft.Ocean Team
Hi again, thanks for a fast answer! If you look at explorista.se, there is no H1:s as far as I can see? I would like the post title or page title to automatically be the H1, without having to set a H1 in the WYSIWYG. How do I do it?
Hi Emmi,
Thank you for your reply. Do you mean, you would like all post titles to be < H1 > tags on the homepage and the archive pages?
Since H1 is meant to show the primary headings on pages, we only use H1 as the page/post title on the single page/post, not on the homepage or archive pages. (Please refer to this screenshot of one article on your website, the post title is H1). We should avoid using multiple H1 tags on a page for SEO.
Please feel free to let us know if we understand your question correctly.
Best regards,
The Loft.Ocean Team
My mistake, I didn’t find any H1 tags at all on any page, but looking a little closer now I do! Disregard my message, thanks anyway & have a nice day!
You are welcome, Emmi! We hope you have a wonderful day too!
Actually, one more question? How do I set the H1 and meta title/desc. on the startpage explorista.se when I use a static page? Thanks in advance!
Hi Emmi,
You can use this third-party plugin Yoast SEO to edit the SEO site title and meta description. Please check this article: Create SEO titles and meta descriptions with Yoast SEO.
However, we just found that there is a problem with the theme: when the home page is a static page and the content comes from the customizer, the meta description added by the Yoast SEO plugin is not displayed on the homepage. We will fix this issue in the next update of the theme.
If you’d like to get this fix before the next update, please create a temporary admin account and let us log into your website, so that we can modify the theme code to fix this issue on your website. Please email the login credentials to general@loftocean.com .
Thanks!
Best regards,
The Loft.Ocean Team
Thanks for your answer! I’m using Yoast and has a “og: meta title and description” on my start page, but I am still missing the “normal meta title / desc.” and more important, the H1. How can I add the H1? Thanks in advance & have a nice day!
Hi Emmi,
We assume that your question is about SEO, right? Please see the answers below:
1. Please check this screenshot to see where is your site meta title.
2. About the meta description, as we mentioned in our previous reply: currently there is a problem – when the homepage is a static page and homepage content comes from the customizer (such as your website homepage), the meta description is not displayed in the HTML document. We will fix this issue in the next update of the theme.
And if you’d like to get this fix before the next update, please create a temporary admin account and let us log into your website, so that we can modify the theme code to fix this issue on your website. Please email the login credentials to general@loftocean.com .
3. There is no H1 tags on the homepage.
1). On the homepage, post titles are not H1 tags to avoid having multiple H1 tags on the same page. (As we mentioned before: H1 tags are meant to show the primary headings on pages, we only use H1 as the page/post title on the single page/post, not on the homepage or archive pages. Because on the homepage or archive pages, there are multiple post titles on the same page, if we use H1 for these post titles, then there will be many H1 tags o a page – we should avoid using multiple H1 tags on a page for SEO.)
2). Some websites may use H1 tag for the site logo, while others may not. But there is not much difference in SEO or website rankings. You may like to read this article for more information.
You can check the homepage of the Yoast SEO plugin: they don’t use H1 tag for their logo or site title, and there is no H1 tags on their homepage.
3). We also recommend reading this article: What’s the difference between an H1 heading and the SEO title?
Hope this helps. Thanks!

Hey, I am thinking about purchasing the theme. I have one question though:
Is it possible to put categories in the dropdown menu with the pictures? Or just single posts? By categories I mean for example “countries” and then I have a picture of each country in the picture drop down menu. When I click on a county, or picture, I get redirected to a posts page where I can find all posts about the country.
Looking forward to your reply.
Best, Dominik
Hi Dominik,
Thank you for your interest in our theme.
Sorry but currently it the dropdown menu only supports single posts with pictures. Your idea is very interesting and useful. We have added it into our “Feature Requests” list, and will add it to the theme in a recent update. Thank you very much for bringing this up!
Best regards,
The Loft.Ocean Team
Good morning, the theme is very nice but I would like to know if you can do grid like Overlay Mix posts or Mansory grid posts, but full width 100%, I would need fullscreen. Thank you
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in our theme.
Yes, you can make posts grids to be fullwidth. When editing posts on the homepage, there is an option to “Make the container to be fullwidth when homepage has no sidebar” (please refer to screenshot 1 and screenshot 2).
Although when the posts layout is “Masonry”, there will still be a small space around it, making the layout look even. Like shown in this screenshot.
And if you’d like to get the same results on other archive pages (categories/tags/authors), you will need to add some simple custom CSS code (which we can help with).
Thanks!
Hello! I just bought the Fallsky theme and everything works fine except the presentation of my table of contents: https://wherethejourneystarts.com/2018/06/28/saalbach-hinterglemm-bergtour-zum-tristkogel/
As you can see, there are always dots added automatically and I wasn’t able to find out how to fix this bug.
Thanks for help, Simone
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
We checked your website and found that there is a CSS conflict between the theme and the “Table of Contents” plugin. The dots are a part of the theme design, they are the styles for “unordered lists”.
To hide the dots for the lists in your table of contents, please add the following custom CSS code to your site (via Customizer > Additional CSS):
#ez-toc-container ul li:before {
display: none;
}
(If you read this reply in your email, you may see extra code that we use to wrap the CSS code so that it can display correctly on the comments page. So, please also check out this screenshot to make sure you get the correct code.)
You may like to read the documentation to know more details on How to add custom CSS code.
Hope this helps. Thanks!
