Is it possible to see how it works autoload next post function on this theme live preview? Congrats for this work. It’s amazing having ‘continue reading’ and ‘autoload next post’ function in the same theme.

I am working on getting a live sample on the demo, but it is not yet available. As for the Continue Reading function, that is still available with the theme, but it is not available when the auto load posts function is enabled. Though, I may try to implement the two together in a future update.
Two functions together would be great! Anyway, Countinue Reading and Auto Load Post functions in the same theme is very usefull.

I would definitely recommend carefully reading that FAQ article, though. Since that should resolve your issue if you read it carefully since you are likely still using your own information even though it clearly states that you need to use the information from the Zox News documentation.

If you are referring to the Featured Posts area at the top of the homepage, that is not a widget area. You can change the text of that section (latest, galleries, videos), but you can’t edit what is displayed there without editing the code yourself. It will only display the latest, gallery, and video posts in that section.

Yes, that is something you would need to modify on your own from within the theme files.

Hi, since update of 21 december, my feature image post and article sidebar dispaear. The sidebare is still setup on widget like usual and “show feature image in posts” is check. In fact, it the header zone (under de menu) who don’t showing (image, date, introduction, author info)

Hi, implementing autoload post on zox theme is a great idea.
Only 2 things that I notices for now on that new option :
1. Teaser posts (made on purpose maybe ?) and trending posts don’t display after post loading 2. While activating auotload, all posts have the same layouts (no full width feature image like layout 5 for example)

1) Yes, the teaser posts function is disabled when using the teaser posts function since it would be redundant.
2) The post templates will be updated very soon, but for now, only the default post template is available with the auto load posts function. Though, there is an option to display auto loaded posts without a sidebar as a full-width layout.

The overall reason for displaying trending posts and teaser posts at the bottom of articles is to provide more content for your visitors at the end of the post so they stay on the site and so you can increase page views. That “problem” disappears when you automatically load the next post under the previous post, so there is no longer a need to display more content at the end of posts. Plus, the more content you display at the end of the post, the less chance you have of allowing the visitor to scroll to the next post. The related posts are still displayed at the end of the article, so it would also be redundant to display ANOTHER row of trending posts below that, before reaching the next auto loaded post.
The trending posts and teaser posts are still available if you disable the auto load feature, though.
Hi, If I fully understand your view regarding teaser posts, I stil think that being able to display trending posts would be a good thing. If I set for example only 5 posts to be autoloaded, displaying tranding posts after these 5 posts would be great to “close” the page…

I’m not sure I see the point in doing that when you could simply increase the number of auto load posts. The teaser posts were only added to the theme as a substitute for the auto load function. But now that the auto load post function is added, there is not point to including that while the auto load function is active.
I have installed the zox theme on my blog, but everything is not like the one on the demo, the usual display, the mega dropdown does not appear and the feuture 1-5 display does not work on the home page, please help

I have updated the theme with the latest v3.0.0 for ALP feature and found some bugs. Created a ticket, please look over that and fix asap.
Further, auto load posts are not generating pageviews in Google Analytics.

Pageviews should generate just fine, but you might have a caching plugin preventing them from being counted. But it works just fine in the demo with W3 Total Cache.

I am using wp-rocket.me cache plugin. First page visit and all browsing across the site is counting without any problem but auto laod posts is not getting pageviews.

Hello, I like your themes. This is my second. This look fantastic, but theme is kind of slow. Your flex mag is faster but this needs to be faster. Script 33.77% 341.5 KB / Font 32.76% 331.3 KB for example
