Good morning. I posted a comment in the Big Steps forum because the Collection code in Seiko 2.3 doesn’t display correctly while on mobile. On desktop, the Collection code is fine. But, on mobile, the Collection code doesn’t display like it supposed to. I submitted a photo to demonstrate the issue. Please fix as soon as possible because most people view websites on their mobile phone, so the code has to work correctly on mobile phone. Thank you!

Hi, I just purchased your theme, i only liked categories home page for my website, but when i saw the documentation, the only tutorial i wanted was missing. :D

But anyways I tried creating it myself, the first thing i jumped to was headers, and its header 5 for category template, now the issue is whatever width i select for header 5 it impacts nothing, different widths work with other headers i tested, maybe not, but I need it working with header 5, please help, this is the first issue I am having, it seems small, I can even fix it myself but I do not want to mess up the code. I noticed 2 spaces in classname which lead me to experiment this thing which fixes it but it would be a bad solution if i hardcode the class to fix it.

when i change above line to: “page-header fullwidth variant-7 sticky sticky always”, it fixes the issue, but changing width options in customiser does not do anything for this particular header in my case. the class name stays same, i noticed this when i compared to your demo theme, it had the work fullwidth when i select it from options, can you please help?

Hey, I am having another issue and this one renders the website useless to me, I have added and tested tags before, but this time I have added actual products and with them the tags, now whenever i use the filter sidebar, i see the error “Liquid error: Memory limits exceeded”. There are not so many tags per product but still it says memory limit exceeded, not sure why, can you help?

About the previous ticket, there is one issue still pending, i am creating desc using shortcodes (different for each product) and the website in the source code making exactly five copies of all tabs except tab one in description. I am going to create the ticket for the memory issue as well, hope it can be fixed.

When I installed the theme, the products in home page had the button “Add to Cart”, but after I enabled “Show Color Swatches” the buttons changed to “Select Options”.

Now I can’t get it back to what it was, I even deleted and added the theme again and no success… What do I do??

Why does this version just have 2 pre-defined home pages and doesn’t have the Megamenu? I’m disapointed

You guys finally updated this theme, but still FAILED to fix the width for Collections Section. For almost a year now I’ve been trying to get Big Steps to fix this broken code. But Big Steps didn’t so far. I even sent you guys a picture of the broken code several times in for support forum and yet y’all still didn’t fix this. UNBELIEVABLE. Let me clear here, and brief as possible. It ooks you guys four months to release the latest 2.2 version and all y’all did was fix some code. No new features, no new anything. Just a few fixes. Terrible. Anyway, my problem is, your code doesn’t work when add a Collection section. The images are small, and the section leaves a big gap as I SHOWED Big Steps with the photos I sent. Now, I can’t force you to update the theme with new features. However, I can file for a refund with themeforest for selling a theme with code that DOESN’T WORK CORRECTLY, OR AS IT SUPPOSE TO WORK. You’re NOT getting away with that. So, if you don’t fix it by Monday, I will take the issue to Envato and Themeforest and even further if necessary and demand a FULL REFUND. The code can be fixed in under 5 minutes (it’s simply a bootstrap width issue), but you guys don’t want to fix it? So, I’ll cause a PROBLEM ….

Seiko is a nice theme, but the YourStore Theme is actually packed with way more features, way more options and and more conveniences and options for EACH section that the Seiko Theme. That theme was Thereforest’s best them, but that company disappeared for some reason. Anyway, I can list TEN MAJOR FEATURES your theme lacks. Also, I have to leave the Seiko theme and go to your website just to create banners, and your documentation needs major improvement. NOT SO CONVENIENT MY FRIEND. Let me know when you want me to list all the features the Seiko Theme is lacking, and I will do so in detail. I’m a C# programmer, and I’ve decided to learn liquid so I can take over the Shopify theme business. Because, right now, all these themes are being developed by lazy developers. My theme will be packed with features and options for EVERY SECTION and EVERY ASPECT of the theme…In short, I’m not knocking you or the Seiko Theme, but the developers for this theme needs to overhaul the theme and add some features and options for EVERY SECTION, not just a few select sections….anyway, we’ll see what happened Monday…It took me to come on here and rant just for yall to fix the code for the collections section. Bad Business without question….

Hey, I bought this theme a while ago. I installed at my Shopify’s store, but after some months I had to close it down. Now I want to get back on the track, using the Wordpress, plus the WooCommerce plugin (that will be less expensive in the long run), and I’m wondering… can I use the same files that I downloaded from this purchase? Or this item works just with Shopify? Thank you.

I want to add Shopify AR to the theme. I should add the codes to “product-template.liquid” but the theme does not has this file! What is alternative file? Does the theme compatible with Shopify AR?

Any updates to this theme coming soon? It seems like updates are rare and infrequent. Not good. I’m going to renew my support soon and pay for some minor customizations because if i wait until you guys update this theme I’ll be broke….
