Yes, I did that. I choose Hop & Vine, but it does not look the same. Lot of lay out is missing and the pictures look blurry. So I guess something is wrong. You can check what I mean on http://www.wijnuitje.com/
Thank you. Yes, the placeholder images are correct but the layout is not, I think you may have tried to edit using the WordPress classic editor? Try ‘Edit with Elementor’ and save. Then view. Hello. Thanks for a good theme that I gave 5 starts. I have noticed there is some really big loading problems with the new Wordpress 5 and update on WooCommerce. My page is extremely slow. When I deactivate WooCommerce, the page is loading as normal.

Hello, I installed this amazing theme but weirdly when a user opens it on a mobile device the Web browser allows it to scroll (move) a little bit from left to right. Something that we don’t have on your demo site. Any ideas why?

Hello. I was trying to add booking slots for different tours. However when i add a timeslot, it by default appears in all tours. How do i create different time slots for different tours?
One more question related to this. When i get the booking it only says timeslot and date. It doesnt mention which tour is booked. Let me know on that as well

Thanks. I got the custom slots and calendars figured out. However i have still one query, When a user books, i am not able to identify which tour was booked. It displays only the time slot. Since we offer multiple tours at same time slots. how do i capture which one was booked?
How are you separating your different tours? Usually it’s one tour per calendar, but if you are using the payments add on then it should record which product/tour they have paid for.
I had multiple tours starting same time. so had used common calendar for all tours starting at same time. when a guest books a tour from this common calendar does it capture which tour page he is booking from? Otherwise i will have to create unique calendar for each tour even if same time.
That’s correct, you would need to create separate calendars for each tour. You can put a switch at the top to make switching between each calendar easier for the user. Learn more here: https://boxystudio.ticksy.com/article/3240/
If you are using the payments add on (Free) then you can create a product for each tour, have them all in one calendar and then the user chooses the tour from the drop down list after they select the time. Very easy, it’s just a plugin so you can uninstall Booked which comes with Embark and instal the one that comes with Bellevue. You can also use both

Hello! Thanks for your interest. It’s a custom post type so there might be a way to import some of the fields but we don’t have anything built in to do that. There might be a plugin though. Our tour single pages are designed with Elementor so they are very easy to setup and customize. It think that you will enjoy working with Elementor. It’s great.

Hey, Amazing theme you got there. We have few queries before we purchase the theme. Some context for you to better understand these questions:
We run multiple wildlife tours in different cities. Most of these are conducted by our company while some are managed by our partners. Now,
1. Is it possible for a user to search based on keywords, cities and dates rather than just taking leads. If not, can we at least take leads with these data?
2. Upon triggering of these leads (for different cities or tours) or bookings for different tours, can our team receive notifications (mails) in different mail ids for different tours?
3. As we have partners also running some ours, can they have their own dashboard with only their tours and bookings rather than one single dashboard/admin panel for all?
4. Is it possible for us to create 3 day tours rather than just 3 hour ones? Example: our user books his jungle walk which starts at 0900 hours on 7th December and finishes on 1200 hours on 10th December?

1. Currently the theme includes the standard WordPress search feature, but not specific to Tours. We are however considering that as a feature to be added in a future update.
In the booking system you can create any number of different calendars though, and in each calendar you can setup different custom fields to collect the info you want to receive.
2. Yes – each tour could have its own calendar and each calendar can be setup to notify a different email address.
3. Yes that is an included option.
4. The booking system is mainly designed for same-day tours. The option that is available however is to hide the end time and only show the start time, so it could be listed as a 3 day tour starting on Dec 7th at 09:00.
Any rough idea for Search functionality? This year?
We will almost certainly be releasing an update for Embark before the end of this year, but it is not yet confirmed if expanded search functionality will be included in that update.
“Tours” are suddenly disappeared from the WP sidepanel. I had around 150 pages on Tours, so almost all my site is down now.
I did not update Wordpress or any plugins. It was working 12 hours ago.
Other people experienced that? Pretty crucial.

We do not have a very exact timeframe estimate for that feature at this moment, but it is very likely that it will added within the following months.
Can you please tell me if this theme uses PHP sessions on each site page?
Hello! Our theme does not use php sessions, however the Elementor Page Builder and also the Booked plugin for scheduling does. Is that an issue for you?
I was planning to use it with a DreamPress site from DreamHost and they gave me the following message:
“We recommend working with themes that do not use PHP sessions on each site page, to help the caching services work successfully.”
Very interesting. I’m sure that a lot of plugins use php sessions so that might be difficult for them to support many.
Our theme does not use php sessions but the Elementor page builder does however I’m assuming that’s only for the backend builder, so when you login to create the pages. For the frontend you should be totally fine.
As for Booked, the booking system probably does the same but might use php session when the user is creating an account and booking. Those pages should not be cached anyways.

Is it possible to customize a search box on home page with some filters like: Keywords, Activity, Destination, Duration, Date?
Right now the theme does not really include that functionality, however we are in the process of reviewing potential opportunities for new features to add, so we’ll certainly consider that for a future release.
