Guys, why does the social media links options from the theme options redirect to the current page of the domain?
Example: domain.com/twitter.com/domain domain.com/about/twitter.com/domain
Ditto for all the social media platforms.

Please use the proper protocol when it comes to the social media URLs, for example instead of www.facebook.com/myprofile please use http://www.facebook.com/myprofile and that should solve the issue for you, if however it still comes up send us a support ticket and our team will further check this out.

When I got Avada, I tested the demos, it really was “Grade A” speed in the pagespeed. I used demo health, and after setting up, my site https://drmarciosilveira.com/inicio/ also had speed “grade A”. But I noticed that my site was indexing worse. I did test on the pagespeed and the speed is now 30, “Grid C”. I went on avada’s website and tested the demo health again, it’s also 30 “grade C”. Has the pagespeed updated and the “avada” will take some action on this? The gmetrix is still good, the pingdom is medium. What is going on? I’ve used the premium rocket wp from the start, but it’s still slow now. Has anyone in the community noticed this, too?

Hello Ammar, I can not write in the support because it’s been 6 months since I acquired Avada. But I do not know how the support would help me, because I did not change anything on the site, I just added articles. I see that is Mobile Score from the Google Speed Test, Google has recently changed their algorithm and due to that you see a higher speed score there, if you simply however try the site on a mobile you will find our demos as well as your site loading all fine and good. You can also try other speed test sites in this case and will find your speeds in good limits

I really like the Avada Lifestyle demo and was wondering if there is a way to keep the sidebar to the left as it is shown but also have a call to action banner above the image slider. I am thinking about doing a standard Fusion Slider on the homepage but would like to add a call to action banner above it. Is this possible with Avada?

Hi, Pre sale question, Can I have a popup to display for the visitor where he can choose which city he is in, so the post, news will be related to that city and everytime he visit the site he will see the content related to his city based on his previous selection, also he can change the city any tie he wants or just enter the site without selecting any city Please advice, if you theme support this or I have to get another plugin to this, if a plugin is need it please recommend a plugin that works with your theme Regards

This would need a plugin as the theme does not have a feature. Currently we have not really tested any such plugin with theme and so we are afraid we can not really provide a concrete recommendation. However, any plugin coded with the correct WP standards should work well

Avada doesn’t resize the logo at all on its own, we always use the 100% original size of logo for our headers so what you need to do in this case is simply resize the logo using a photo editing software such as photoshop and upload it back again. Excuse me, I use the translator program. I have a problem with Fusion Builder. On the home page of my website, there is an error of 500. The page can be seen, but when I try to index it with Google, or when I use any other tool, it appears as an inaccessible page. It only happens in the home, the other pages do not show any error. When I deactivate Fusion Builder the error disappears. For example, when I use Google Search Console, to review the cover, the message that the home is innacessible appears. I deactivate Fusion Builder and it is automatically accessible.

Do I need to activate fusion core and fusion builder if I plan on using WP bakery Page Builder?

You will need to install and activate Fusion Core as it is a required plugin for our portfolios and many other elements, however if you want to use any other Page Builder you can deactivate Fusion Builder in that case.

I am also getting fatal error on the avada theme. It also comes on upgrading php to 7.2. Everything works good in php 5.6.
Can you please take a look and let me know. There is no conflict with other plugins etc.

Is theme compatible with any mobile app plugin? I mean a plugin that make it an mobile app

I am not sure if there is any WordPress plugin available that has the capability to change WordPress theme into a Mobile App, however if you mean a website that works responsive on mobile so yes, that is possible using Avada for sure as our theme is 100% responsive in nature.

Can I use the click to call: option with this theme to only appear in mobile visitors?
Hi,
A click to call button works for both mobile and desktop mode (it is basically a tel link). In desktop mode if you connect you tel link to an app (Skype for example), you can then execute tel link. In mobile mode, this would ofcourse execute the calling function. If we need to hide a tel link for mobile mode then we will need to use a custom CSS rule that is wrapped in a media query. You can see an example here. The CSS rule would need to be added by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard > Avada > Theme Options -> custom CSS

Hello, I wanna buy Avada theme in the name of a company but there is a problem. We have our own dedicated servers. This theme that we are gonna buy is going to be downloaded on our servers and be kept there. If we reset our servers, would we lose this theme and have to buy it again ? Or can we just download and use it again or else can we get the backup of the website and reuse it ?
To be more specific, when we buy the theme, we are gonna enter a key for our IP and after resetting our servers, we are gonna have a different IP and have to enter the key again. Is this supportable ? Entering the same key several times ?

You can just download it again from your ThemeForest account and that should do the job for you, once you have the files again you can install theme again if required, the only rule you have to follow is that you can only use 1 Avada license on 1 single Domain, no matter how many times you want to perform installation or change Token on that single domain

when i add anchor links to a section of a one page site the page scrolls but refreshes as well how to stop that i cant afford to renew your support and there is no help out there regarding this issue please help

yes i am sure i checked the docs before posting and i am using relative links for anchors but the problem presists on the other hand absolute links work fine but relative link would scroll but refresh the page as well
