How to sort search results? I want to sort them by date
hi shivb, the search result is using default WordPress search feature. so I think there is some of the plugin that works that way.

I’ve read the documentation, and am unable to import just the style of a theme without the content as well. My options are: Install Plug-ins, Style & Content, Visual Composer Content. I just want to import the STYLE without the content. Please help

hi poppo123, yes its possible if you have the file. you can go to our customizer and you will find there is an option to upload your own font.
we are using cloudflare, it will automatically compress your image. and for us its quite good because they are using the latest technology available.

For the social share at the moment, we don’t have this kind of feature. You may need to do some changes in there based on your requirement and your share setup. Can you share your site url?

Hello,
When searching using the search feature on mobile, it shows only the image but not the post title. It looks like the text is same as the background color. Where can I change the color of the title.
Check the website nidm.net on mobile and search using the search bar. This happens only on the mobile.

Loved your theme, I am currently using NewsPaper 9, my question is if I move to your theme my video posts (using featured video filed) will be imported? I also have few review article and list article created using Newspaper.
hi businesscatalyst, we have our plugin to migrate from newspaper. if you need to migrate, we recommend you to do a full backup on your site. so if something happens you can easily roll them back.
Video should be fine because we also migrate it to our format. list article will be adapted to our format too.

I have 2 queries,
1. Currently, the class site-title on the home page has an h1 tag and I would like to change it to h2 tag. What’s the easiest way to change it?
2. Some problem with the website – https://www.emeraldgrowers.org/.. Images don’t seem to load, nor does the font script do. Is something blocking this? Same with all the pages/posts on the website. I have set the font as Nunito, but it loads the default font first. Refer to the attached screenshots.

1. You will need to find and edit this file
/jnews/fragment/header/element/desktop/logo.phpthen you need to find “site-title” classname. You may consider to using JNews child theme. If you already use them, you need to create a new folder like this
/jnews-child/fragment/header/element/desktop/logo.php
2. Based on your images above, the problem only occurs with Google bot. Can you tell me how do you test it? or can you tell me how i can test it on my side?

hi bijedic, wow those number is quite staggering. if you need to migrate, we recommend you to do a full backup on your site. so if something happens you can easily roll them back.
mandatory plugin for these themes is only 2. but you can install other plugins that you may need. we create several plugins to complement this theme.

Even though the color is set to Blue & is showing the Blue color when i am logged in Wordpress but shows black for external visitors. Can you please check or guide me to resolve this. Please make sure if you have been enable user registration feature on your website. Please check this article for further reading https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-allow-user-registration-on-your-wordpress-site/. Then you just need to put Login element on the top bar.

Hi Support, We need to use the Module 27 for Index Content Layout but not 2 column, need to show it in 1 column, can i know where can i change it? Other module is not suitable, closet will be Module 10 but we do not want title above the image.

To set them in 1 column, you need to set 4 Column Design (1 Block) on the Block / Column Width option. Let me know if you need further help in there.
