Go to Theme Options > Demo Importer and open it, then hover hover each demo you can get demo files .xml and other content by clicking on Zip button.

Hi there,
1. Title and text have WP editor so you can easily change colors, sizes, etc. But for changing font family, in title and text find Container Stylekit and switch it to advanced mode and select font family.
2. In gradient title also such as above, because it does WP Editor so you can easily set font size and weight and color but for changing font family find Background StyleKit and switch it to advanced mode and set font family.
PS. Also you can add more fonts for your WP Editors from Theme Options > Typography > Add fonts to WP Editor

3. Yes, theme have demo importer and everything will imports automatically.
4. Yes, every part of theme have StyleKit for styling and settings.
5. Yes, But usually we recommend first import demo then edit or remove demo parts.

According to themeforest rules you must buy regular license per domain. It means if you want to use theme on 3 domains, so you must buy 3 regular license. GPL means you can use theme codes in another project or modify them, Just please note, only theme codes are GPL and no plugins.

1. Go to Theme Options > Header > Title and find Container background StyleKit, its for all pages, Also you can edit each page and add separate background for header from Page settings > Header settings > Container
2. Dotted borders are custom styles you must edit each element itself and find border settings in StyleKits of that item.

If you mean separators above and below rows, You must edit your pages and find separator elements and delete them. Also for footer it comes from an specific page which you can find it from Dashboard > Pages > Footer Separator

2. We have plan for adding new demos soon currently only demo for Hotel and Vacation is this: http://xtratheme.com/hotel If you have any example or have any suggestion let us know. Currently we are working on 10 new demos which none of them are for hotel or vacation.
3. Do you mean WPBakery page builder or Visual composer? Because this two plugins are a little different, Xtra theme elements exclusively created for WPBakery Page Builder and coming soon we will add elements for Elementor page builder too.

Hi, 1. Well, it’s a big industry, so it may worth your time and effort to actually build more Hotel / Guest House / Villa related themes. You can see some great example of themes by searching for the ‘CSSIgniter’ themes. They’re oriented towards the hospitality industry and have many such themes. I can also help with suggestions/some cooperation..! My current is from them..!
