Hi. I loves this theme. But I have a small problem. I am trying to make some custom styling (css) to all faq items with a specific category. I am using the faq accordions to show the faqs. I can style the faq with this css: .fusion-accordian .panel-title { “styling” } But how do I get the styling to only apply to the category? The cateory slug is “unconfirmed” and the ID tag is “78”. I have tried with this: .category-unconfirmed .fusion-accordian .panel-title { “styling” } but it is not working. I have tried with: .category-78 … .cat-78-id … body.category-unconfirmed … But still no luck. Is it possible to do it?

page opens on me. We have product list on the left, with photo and product name. On top of the photon there is a photo and description on the right. the product page opens when you click on any of them.

On the Go For Adventure demo, how customizable is that first section with the world map? Can it feature any image in the background or possibly more specific maps of maybe a portion of a city?
For the Monaco portion, it shows the weather. Is that updated in real-time and is it possible to control how long it displays?

Yes, this is made using the revolution slider. The images in the rev slider can be changed to any image needed. Please edit the slider and change the background images or images in the layer

Hi there… I’m wondering if you can help me figure something out.
The Fusion Slider gives a delay before it fully loads, during which time there’s a loading circle.
I’d like to remove that delay, so everything just loads right away.
When I run SEO audits on the site, it’s telling me there’s no H1s on the page, but there is… in the Fusion Slider… except it takes so long to show up that it’s not getting picked up.
Can I disable to loading delay?

Hello, i had some bugs with the layout, with the load time and now it seems a conflict with the pallapay gateway plugin since payment of some clients are failed. And not because of theire credit card…I don’t see where is the problem with avada…

Hello, Already long time ago that I purchased Avada. And it is no longer in use.
I want to do a new install for a different website and will probably buy a new license. I have one question however: I want to use portfolio for keeping a list of cats to adopt. The site is run by volunteers. Multiple volunteers will be able to make an entry. Is it possible to define a template for portfolio items so that there is a standardized layout that they can use? Just like you have for pages?

You will have to provide them with a WP account and yes they should be able to post the portfolios for you in there and yes you can ask them to load a specific template from library in order to use the same elements or layout

Please reread your very first comments, you are not asking a question regarding actual theme options or settings that can be dealt with in a line or two. Besides it not being totally clear what you are trying to achieve, if CSS etc is needed it can’t be done here.

Thanks for the great theme. I have had this issue and I believe it is a bug in your theme because I cant find where in theme options to minimize the height.
When I scroll on my website it sometimes jumps and I get a huge white space in my header. When I use inspect element to check the CSS I get this:
Why is the default 308px? and why because it is creating a white space what is the solution for this bug?

I am just confused why the header height is set to 308px? And where I can change the height?

The height of header actually depends on a lot of elements, such as Logo Size, Logo Top and Bottom margins, Header Paddings and menu height as well so we will need to see which elements needs decreased / increased further. So we will actually require you to open a support ticket.

I’m working on a project with Avada and I have a problem, the issue is that the banner made with Fusion Slider in mobile resolutions the next slide is below the main banner … Attached link with a capture of the problem, this is only given on mobile. Hi, we have a few pre-sale questions about Avada:
1. On the Item Details page, it says your classic demo scores 94% on pagespeed. With the new Lighthouse update to Pagespeed, Avada scores 42% on mobile with the following suggestions: ‘eliminate render-blocking resources’, ‘defer unused css’, ‘properly size images’. Is there any plans to make the theme more compliant with Lighthouse standards?
2. How easy is it to create our own custom shortcodes and use with Fusion Builder? We currently use WPBakery Page Builder, and we love how easy it is to implement our own shortcodes.
3. How easy is it to modify and tweak elements with a child theme? Are there plenty of hooks and filters available?

1) Yes, We do have plans to work on this. Our developers already have this in our to do list. However since this has been changed very recently, we do not have an exact ETA
2) If your shortcode is created correctly, then there is nothing specific you need to do to add it in the builder. You simply need to place the shortcode in a text block and it should work. If you want to register this a builder element then please follow our guide here
3) We do have hooks and filter. You can read the ones available here

My understanding is that headers and footers are global, are you guys planning on changing that so that we can install FB Pixel on each individual page’s header?

You can install a plugin that allows you to insert code in the header/footer at a page level. The wp repo does have quite a few plugins for this. Also, you can make use of conditional tags to target code to a specific page

I think it’s a pity that some of the demo menus cannot handle menu items with submenu items. It is also something that is not mentioned explicitily, but you have to find out after installing a demo.

It is only Header type #6 that does not allow for child menu items, all other header types do. Also, it is clarified in the Avada Theme Options description (and in documentation) -> https://d.pr/i/AWiUSs
