Please make sure that your Avada is updated to our latest version that is 5.7.2 and no 3rd party plugin is causing the issues with builder by disabling them 1 by 1, however if it still does not load please open a support ticket and our team will gladly assist you further.

How does one change the avada portfolio parent slug? Mine is stuck saying /our-destination/
Portfolio Slug The slug name cannot be the same name as a page name or the layout will break. This option changes the permalink when you use the permalink type as postname . Make sure to regenerate permalinks.

Hello, thank you for quick reply; What I will need exactly is a multi-products comparison from different merchants with “buy now” option, as trivago, farecompare, skyscanner, bestreviews etc…where I can write products reviews and show the visitors the different prices of a same product (through affiliated links.) from different shopping platforms which I am already affiliated with, and of course give the “buy” option to the visitor. That will definitely require some custom work done into the theme, its not a possibility right now to get this working out of the box, or you can try any 3rd party comparision plugin if there is one available.

There is no such issue in our theme so this must be caused due to some 3rd party plugin or other factor, we suggest you to please make sure you are on the latest version of theme that is 5.7.2 in this case and also check on your 3rd party plugins, if however the issue persist please open a new support ticket and our team will further assist you with this.

Hi Avada Support
Is there a known issue with editing Containers? I’m using the latest Chrome version and latest theme version with all updated plugins and when I try to click the edit button on any Container it doesn’t seem to do anything.
The other functions work OK and I can edit columns clicking on the edit button so not too sure what may be happening here. I’ve also tried adding new Containers but have same issue, and deactivating WordPress Importer and UpDraft Plus plugins which are the only other external plugins not included with Avada.
Any guidance would be great. Thanks.

Avada uses an older and customized version of Bootstrap. It is likely to have some issues when 2 instances of the same script is loaded. A lot would depend on what you are trying to achieve

Hello, congratulations for your fantastic theme. I saw that the SPA demo is available, but it does not appear in the demo list on my site. I have two questions: 1. How can I install the SPA theme from the wordpress control panel having already purchased the Avada theme? If the download is not possible, where can I buy it? 2. The site is still under construction: https://luxury.herbelia.com/. Currently we have installed the CLASSIC theme, which also includes the very useful portfolio. If your theme is updated then you should see the demo by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard > Avada > Demo A separate purchase for this would not be required. Also, please do note, you need to uninstall the classic demo to install any other demo

1- Is there a near plans to integrate the theme options panel in the wordpress customizer panel (on front end) so i can edit the theme option and see its effect live without the need to save the settings and reload the page?
2- Is there an option to load a different size of the image based on the device used to speed up the page load, for example the product thumbnail size to be 300×300px on PC and 150×150px on mobile?
3- Is that theme fully compatible with wpbakery Page Builder and is that compatibility supported by Avada team?
4- Is it possible to set a specific columns number for woocommerce products based on the device used or screen width, for example to have 4 column on PC and 3 on mobile landscape mode and 2 on mobile on portrait mode?
5- Does your support cover only the theme bugs or it cover also the general devlopment question, for ex. (which action hook or filter in avada theme responsible for doing that…) or small customization question like how to edit a specific text, menu look etc… without extra charges?

1) Yes, we do have this planned for Avada 6.0. If you are part of the Avada community on Facebook then you can view the teaser here
2) Yes, there is. The theme does use image size generation
3) The Avada theme makes use of its own Fusion Builder. The fusion builder is quite a powerful tool for adding elements and creating a page. Also, the fusion builder would be needed for the front end builder. While the above mentioned builder will work with the theme, it would require disabling the fusion builder as the two builders use entirely different shortcode
4) We can set specific number of columns in desktop mode but the mobile mode has columns set to 1. To change this we would need custom CSS
5) We already have a doc that specifies all our available hook and filters. You can refer this here We can assist with minor cosmetic customization but advising on customization that involves functional changes would be a bit beyond our scope of support

Hey guys, i have a question. I want to make the product and product category pics on my avada website round, or with rounded corners. From what ive read, i need to use css to make this happen. Can you help me with the correct css? Thanks!
edit: ive made the code so that i have a rounded border around the product category pics, however the image itself is still square and thus cutting through the border in those rounded corners. Is it possible to make the image itself also rounded so it fits with the rounded corners?

Hi Admin, The contact form 7 is stuck spining when click on submit button. Also Gravity form submit button not working and even unable to check mark in Gravity form. When disable theme these forms start working.

Hi, since the last update every time i want to edit a post or page i get this error: “Failed to load plugin: wpgallery from url … /wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/wpgallery/plugin.min.js” And it disappears when i deactivate the fusion builder. I updated every plugin, wordpress and the theme of course. Is there a solution coming for that? Thanks

hi. something is going wrong with your theme after update the fusion builder is not displaying on editor the space where to insert the post title and portfolio title on backend. some others guys advise us again for that issue . check it and update again
