Use the Envato Market plugin to install updates. If you still get the error try to disable the theme just this time.
I am looking at buying this in a few days and the only thing I need to make sure about is the Logo. Past themes I have gotten no matter what size logo I upload it remains small and doesn’t look anything like how I want it. Can the logo in the header be set to a certain size or not?
Hi, you can set the header height and the logo will automatically adjust to fit the header height so you can have a big logo when you set a higher header

We have an option in Theme options – Miscellaneous where you just set a homepage you want and redirect all logged in users to their profile page, making their profile as the homepage
Geodirectory plugin released a V2 version. How should we proceed with this? Are we going to have template update in KLEO with this new version of Geodirectory?
Hi, we haven’t fully tested it but we released some fixes when v2 was in beta to make sure the structure looks good. You can install it on a staging server and do some checks and report us if you find any problems. Cheers
I’ve made some tests in my localhost, and the geodirectory page simply went blank. It seems now that we need to insert new shortcodes to the page.
Can you please check if Kleo needs an update on Geodirectory pages?

Hi team, this is a pre sale question. I really like your theme, before purchasing it i just have a few questions.
1: The buddypress menu(activity,profile,groups,messages etc) does not appear on mobile devices. On mobile it shrinks to a single icon which when clicked gives the buddypress menus in a dropdown style and that also overlays with the content underneath and makes it hard to read. After reading the comments i found that a few others have also faced the same issue. Is there a fix to this issue?
2: By default only the notification and messaging icon appear on the mobile header, is there a way to add some more icons in the mobile header section.

1. that is the solution to show the menu on mobile, other that that it will take too much space and won’t look nice. I don’t see it as a problem but any suggestions are welcomed
2. you can add them programatically, no way from the admin panel right now
I like the theme but cannot get search to find anything. I tried a replacement search (Relevanssi) so it would search everything (buddypress, docs, groups, bbpress, etc) but search function still doesn’t work with Kleo theme. Any suggestion would be great. Searching the entire site is pretty important.

This is a pre-sales question. I have been looking for something like this for quite some time and have purchased several templates with no success. Do you have a working demo that highlights the combined functionality of the community, blog, e-learning, shopping, business directory and portfolio? Also am I able to give paid-members the ability to add products to the shop based on membership levels.
Hello, You can check our demos that add that functionality already. Right now they are in multisites but they can be installed all together in one site if you need that. Related to allowing members to add products, you need a plugin like WC Vendors.

Right now 5.0 should work as expected if you update all the recommended plugins Kleo comes with, especially WPbakery Page builder.
Related to Gutenberg we haven’t added our shortcodes as blocks but we will do that in the following months. Still you can use Gutenberg as it is.

Hi, I’ve been enjoying the theme so far. It’s just great.
I don’t know if it’s a problem with Facebook or the how it was built by Kleo, but the Facebook login does not work for Android users. It definitely works on Desktop, but shows error while trying to login with Android browsers.
This is not my first time of doing this and It works perfectly in other websites I have built with different themes, but I don’t just know where the problem is coming from

Hello, from our tests it should be safe. Make sure to update Visual composer and if you want to be safer just install Classic Editor plugin until you are positive everything is working smooth
