Hi I’m very interested in this theme. I’d like to know can the position of the menu be changed? My client wants to have a slider half the size with a menu at the bottom if this is possible with this theme?

For anything further, you’d have to style the header using custom CSS.

Well I purchased this theme and I’ve had nothing but trouble getting it installed and trying to get the demo content uploaded
Tried opening a ticket through your support system but it keeps telling me my email is already registered and won’t let me submit the ticket, and I’ve tried 3 different emails!
If I can’t get this sorted and installed correctly by the end of today I will be getting a refund from Envato as I’m wasting too much time now.

You just need to install/activate it, then import our demo content and you are able to add your own products instead of ours. Yes, you are setting payment gateways on desired way. This has now been a week and a half and my issues with this theme has not been resolved yet. The communication between us is taking so long and when I finally get an answer it is not helping to resolve the issue.
Thank you for installing the theme for me, but you’ve failed to check if it actually working. You’ve installed it and advised me to continue and install the demo content… but I can’t even log into Wordpress, because it is giving me a blank white screen after you’ve done the installation. Please help me to see why this is happening and please help me to resolve the issues.

Still no answer. The theme does not work. Woocommerce is not compatible with this theme. It is outdated. After installation I get a blank screen. This is the worst theme and really no support in fixing issues. I want a refund, since no one can help me and I now have to buy another theme.

If you installed our theme and updated WordPress to the latest version, you should install Classic Editor free plugin as well. This will allow you to use all WPBakery’s page building functionalities. Yes, all of this is possible within Freestyle theme. In fact, you can add more info in your top bar, such as call to action, email, or other important data. Portfolio single does support uploading videos either from YT, Vimeo or self-hosted.

Hi, I have a lot of bugs during installation : When I install the plugins and activate them, the page reload and it’s completely blank. When I try to configure Woocommerce, it happens the same. When I install the demo content, it never finish. Can you help me solve those problems please. I tried 3 times to uninstall everything, reinstall Wordpress and the database, but it’s always the same problems.

For some reason the WPBakery Page Builder is not showing on any of the pages when I go to edit. All i see is a screen full of shortcodes. I have to turn off the theme to test another plugin which could have triggered this issue. I have cleared cache and also tried another browser. no luck Need this fixed ASAP as I cannot edit site!

Your theme has conflicts with woocommerce. Specifically your Dropdown Cart class. If your theme conflicts with woocommerce either fix it through support or give me my money back.

My comments were left well before the weekend so done use that excuse to not respond.
Your advice of hiding errors is not an acceptable answer. The error causes the media library to not load leaving your theme worthless. I’m tired of going in circles with you. It has been over a week since we requested assistance. Fix it immediately or give me my money back.

If you didn’t change core template files or the code inside, you shouldn’t have any troubles. However, it’s called best practice to back-up your root installation before changing anything.

2.There is no header / footer page specific customizations on Product pages!
3. Your Dropdown cart class is giving errors and what your support agent said is to stop showing errors to make it work. Is this really a resolution? For the time being I hide those errors but now I am even unable to login to site when your theme is active.
I am trying to get the site worked and deliver to client since a week and I am unable to resolve any of the issues. Who is going to compensate for the time getting wasted in these conversations and delays from your end???

The Dropdown cart is also giving sitewide errors. I have to remove the contents of a theme file to get rid of that error.
To be very honest I have used 50+ themes by now and this one is the worst so far. This theme sucks with woocommerce. I want it fixed at priority as I have to deliver the site to client. If this is not resolved I want all my money back.
