After the last update some of the Select Core modules don’t work properly
Hi there,
Please make sure that you have the latest version of our theme and theme plugins.
You can update your theme by performing the following steps:
Download the latest theme .zip file from ThemeForest
Extract it and locate ultima.zip
Extract ultima.zip and locate the ultima folder
Copy/Replace the contents of the ultima folder to the /wp-content/themes/ultima folder of your web site.
You need to delete the core plugin before updating the theme. If it still breaks, you need to delete the core plugin manually from your server. If the site remains broken, you then start deleting all theme plugins one by one until your site comes back up, then install the new versions of the deleted plugins.

Hello, thank you for your answer. In fact, more precisely, the problem is in the WPbakery page builder. When I edit pages, some of the Select Core components (likre Select Elements holder and items, Clients, etc) don’t show the edit/duplicate/delete function. It has desapear is since the last theme’s update.

Hi there. The contents of the entire megamenu display on page load, unformatted. Is there a way to stop this? Once the page loads, it disappears and can only be seen when the main nav links are activated, as expected. Thanks in advance
I think I’ve fixed this by switching from ‘Header / Main Dropdown Menu Appearance / Animate Height’ to ‘default’ Seems like a bug with the animated height?

Hi. This is a live site so, as mentioned above, I’ve changed this setting to ‘default’ which seems to have fixed it, so I can’t now show you the error. Using ‘animate height’ was also affecting the header logo, making it overhang the header. The ‘default’ setting fixed this too. You might want to check the coding of ‘animate height’ Thanks anyway for the reply

Hi guys, I’m back… Is there a way I can style the text inside the testimonial? I really need to be able to use a mix of bold and italic in the Author text. Can I add or edit code/script? If not, what is my alternative? Because these are really authors and their book titles have to be in italic. If I have to use “job position” field and style the css italic, how to I make “job position” appears on the same line as “author”?

This is because the testimonial meta field doesn’t accept HTML. This is default theme’s behavior and can only be changed by editing template files. Unfortunately we are not in the position to take on any additional work.
