Hello , How to install the tourmap demo? Is tourmap demo is integrated with affiliate system? If no , how can I install the affiliate demo. I do not see option to import these 2 demo content. Although I see options to instal other demo content.

1. We checked and your account is expired support time: iprass had support for this item until 28/12/2016.
Caused that you can not post ticket yet.
For continue post ticket you should renew support time than system auto-renew for you.
2. For details check you should post your site info on our support system then our supporter can check base on that yet. You post a comment here without account info to check the problem cannot solve yet.
So before any update, we always recommend everyone should make a backup first and always make any customize in Child-Theme. Because in time working on site will have some custom or change something that we can not handle yet! Make custom in Child-theme helps clients not lost any config or custom make on site when the update with the new version from Traveler.

Hi, New version is not working like older version ( ST Image Effect can set display one size tour) Row set to 2/3 + 1/3 in actuality two small images only show not the size have selected. Tour not even display too for other options. Please have a look on your side. Thanks

Hi, when I try updating to the new Tour layout, it stays on data package.xml 6 of 9 forever. I waited 45 min without passing to step 7. I have high speed internet. What can I do? And is the name Tour only or is it hotel tour for the new layout?

Ok, but it stops at 8 of 9, I now tried it again it gets stuck there. It stays Re-Import and than I wait forever and nothing happens. I waited 30 minutes yesterday and today one hour. What can I do?

Good job on the new Hotel layout. It looks great and fluid. Hopefully you add the other services soon. Just a small advice – In the Install Demo page, you should show the new blue colored hotel layout picture instead of the old traveler layout. That what is getting people confused. Currently, Theme only support external URL for tour with classic layout. In the modern layout, theme does not yet supported this feature.

ShineThemes – you are hugely frustrating to deal with. You can clearly create nice looking products but your instructions related to how to use the themes you demonstrate is absolutely woeful. I’ve been trying for weeks to get a straight answer as to how to use either the new hotel theme or the new tour marketplace. I get short answers that never answer the question. Look at the comments on this thread. It’s the same problems over and over again. Don’t advertise products you don’t provide or can’t support. It’s a really simple question. Every other theme provider supports this. I just want a one-click install for the themes you have shown here. If you don’t provide it just let your customers know instead of providing constant misleading information. I’ve even offered to pay you to install it for me.

I’m sorry but that’s just another example of a frustrating response that moves me no closer to a solution. I am very experienced with WordPress and have installed 100s of themes. I’ve installed your theme AND completed 1click install. As I’ve told you, and as many other customers have told you, it’s extremely unclear how to replicate the tour marketplace demo.
