We guarantee our response in 24/48 hours of opening ticket ( we calculated the average waiting time is 15-17 hours ).
For example if you open a ticket on Friday our team will respond on Monday ( response within 24 hours ) or Tuesday ( response within 48 hours ). Keep in mind the time you send the ticket, our working time is 9:00 to 18:00 so do not expect answers in the night. ( Our working time is UTC + 0 ).

pre sale questions. 1) Is it possible with this custom booking app to add iDeal payments?(like mollie.nl) And 2) is it possible to do the following in the booling app: the b&B had 2 rooms,roomA is for 2 persons, RoomB for 3 persons. But you can also choose to book A and B together as a group? Which is a different price. But also that when the client chooses the date for the group, it gets blacked out in the calender for roomA and B? Making most of the B&B’s availability and no double boo kings.

How to avoid losing the changes with each update? Can you show me procedure please ?

I want to have the bookings work via request only. No payments, no online bookings etc. However in the final step of the checkout there is still “Payment Options :” tab and a “Bank Transfer” option next to “send request” which is the only one i want to exist. Is it a bug or something i do wrong???
Also… “The support thing is not cool. I started working this theme months after purchase and now even if it has a bug im out of support. Not cool. “
