Hi! I’d like to know if your theme is compatible with the Donate plugin, and if not, does your theme give the option of recurring donations or payment gateways like authorize.net, etc. We need to be able to accept donations in other forms besides paypal. Thanks for the info.

Hi, overall this theme looks great. However, the front-end editor doesn’t work 100% – can you please fix this in the next theme update? Please see this problem here: https://imgur.com/xscVxuc (and for context, here’s a screenshot of the whole page – https://imgur.com/xHDeq9l ). Also, it would be really cool if we could add demo blocks of content via custom VC templates, rather than having to import the whole site demo. Any chance that is coming in a future theme update? That would make ongoing site page building much easier

Hi i jus purchased this theme after downloading and installing to wordpress i went to search for the ‘demo folder’ which is indicated to find in the tutorial website page. There is no folder titled ‘demo folder’ or demo or tutorial? i need to be sent all relevant files asap please or i require a refund

Kindly support urgently and facing challenges in implementing the functionality of theme. Please refer my ticket is already raised.
1. Registration Form- We have configured captcha – we are unable to apply captcha in Registration form. 2. Captcha appears on login form but user able to login without ticking captcha. (not important for us anyways) Mail/POP setting is configured and working: 3. After successful registration, can’t user get acknowledgement email? 4. Still User can NOT edit profile and profile pic? 5. After donation, can’t we send auto email to donor of confirmation of donations or status of donation. 6. Volunteer- After registration – do we have feature in admin panel to approve or accept user as volunteer. And send also auto email notification of approval?

We guarantee our response in 24/48 hours of opening ticket ( we calculated the average waiting time is 15-17 hours ).
