Hi! I am facing problem regarding blog. It’s font size. I have change the font size of the paragraph from site map but when I am changing any text in my blog to heading(h1, h2, h3) it’s not changing. I hope you understand my problem.

Not really because it is a very complex topic, but if you simply want to change typography inside blog articles I recommend CSS like this:
body.single-post .post-wrapper .post-content h2 {
font-size: 18px;
}
@media (min-width: 768px){
body.single-post .post-wrapper .post-content h2 {
font-size: 24px;
}
}
There are many other ways to do it but this is the simplest for me to explain here and offers maximum flexibility.

I have disable all the Blogpost Typography and now “Let’s Discuss the Tool” is showing in H2. But if I change the font size from Sitemap > BlogSingle > layout builder > post content , the H2 text also change according to the font size.
I need to solve this issue, otherwise I can write blog.

You shouldn’t do it like that because Post Content prints all kinds of elements, H1s, H2s, Ps, etc. So if you apply something via Typography tab on Post Content element it will apply to ALL these child elements. You can either use what I wrote above or you can also on the Post Content element go to “Custom Code” tab and add new CSS there and as Selector insert “%s1 h2” for example.

I have three questions regarding blog.
1. Can you please tell me how to disable Titlebar in BlogPost page (not in Blog page).
3. How to change blog title hover color and blog category color?

1) Via “Ark > Sitemap > Blog Single” you can switch to the other tab called Layout Settings and disable the Titlebar there.
2,3) You would want to modify the Layouts via Sitemap as explained above or via “Ark > Layouts”. You can create your own Layouts too. Anything that is not possible to build using the Fresh Builder tools would need to be coded. Fresh Builder have PHP, CSS and JS elements that allow you to write custom code pretty well. We also have “IF” element that you can use to wrap other elements and decide if you want to print the contents or not by going through PHP condition statements.
3) Fonts themselves can be managed via “Theme Options > Fonts”.

This question is hard to answer. GDPR is a set of rules, which requires your implementation. There is a not much we can do about this in our theme. But all the things, we could do, has been done. So from this POV, Ark is fully compatible with GDPR, but if you do not study the law, then you can screw things up by yourself and there is nothing we can do about it.

Thank you for the answer. Yes, i know that my implementation must adhere to the rules. I just wanted to know if the theme does something or uses something which can make it violating the GDPR – but from your answer i understand the theme complies with the GDPR.
I read some other comments here and you answered this to a question 8 months ago: “We do not store any personal data unless given an explicit consent and only if we actually need them to get something done for you. We are of course aiming at full GDPR compliance.” What do you mean by storing personal data if you actually need them?

For example when you activate the license key on your site you supply your e-mail address with the activation which we store on our server as a way to pair it to the license and enable you to use our theme update server on that particular WordPress installation.

Yes, I saw the ticket and I don’t know the solution myself but it looks like a server issue so it is harder for us to solve it for you. But as you can see there, we try to help as much as we can. What was suggested to you is often the solution so please double-check that you did it and that it propagated. I believe you can use phpinfo() function to verify that your server changes propagated successfully. https://www.pickaweb.co.uk/kb/create-php-info-page/ Also, please continue the conversation in the ticket so it’s not fragmented.

all i need to do is add my logo to the header and job done, website live but the issue is taking up more time than the actual build of the website! I’ve been onto my host provider and they say it’s a theme issue, please help!!
further to that.. the headers have appeared! my support was back on and they cleared the cache on the site and that’s done the trick.. i’m none the wiser?!

Advanced Custom Fields PRO had been updated again to 5.7.10. There should be an easier way to update this plugin without tying this to the theme.

You would need to bring that up with the ACF developer as we have no control over this fact and must adhere to their developer license terms. If you want to use their update server you need to have your own license for it.

Yes, all Fresh Builder (sub)elements can have that. You can add HTML attributes such as “onclick” via “element.style” tab, it’s near the bottom there.

1.) Hehe, we never measured it, but up to 100mb maybe?
2.) By reseting the wp database and removing the media folder. So we always recommend you to install the demo on a clean on-production install .

Hi again, I’ve detected some new bug. On Chrome browser when I want to add a new image with fresh builder options, it’s impossible to do that because it don’t load Image settings options. Please check on http://prntscr.com/m6z0ol... But it works when I use Firefox… May you fix that bug with Chrome browser?

Probably not being able to trigger the cache flush on it’s own during theme version update due to some server misconfiguration or short interrupt. It is a very rare and admin-only issue and this manual procedure should help when that happens.

Ok… A new strange thing is that I wanted to update your Ark theme’s to the last version but it took a lot of time and was impossible to update (No Ark’s theme to update)... What is wrong with this?

Hi, thanks for a great theme! We bought it sometime back, but our website development took longer than expected, so I’m late in complementing you for the theme, and also for a quick question about a curious issue we are facing.
Everything is great in the theme and our website is beginning to look great. But in one area, where we are using “counters” to showcase numbers:
“251” is the “value” and “Portfolio in Crores” is the “Title”.
Yet, the counter always shows 250! We change it to any other number, 252, 249, all okay. But when we put it 251, it shows 250!
Any idea what could be the problem?

38 branches. 480 employees. 138137 customers. 250 portfolio in crores. The input is 251, but it keeps showing 250!
