Import file’s button is not even shows up in the Mikado Setting section. I’ve read, it supposed to be under reset button but I can’t see it.

I purchased the theme and installed it. The import feature was very buggy. I was very patient with it and walked away because it seemed to be taking a long time. I came back 3 hours later and it hadn’t budged past 10%. I had to refresh the page and reload it and restart the import 5+ times to get it to 100% imported.
All required plugins are installed and activated and I am using php version 7.3.2.

What do I need to do to get this working properly? Please let me know as soon as possible. Very frustrating.

I’m on Burst 2.0 and wpbakery page builder 5.4.7. I’ve just updated Wordpress and now find that my Page contents in in Gutenburg rather than PageBuilder. That correct? Do I now need to update WPBakeryPageBuilder?

I do not want to use the Classic Editor but that’s where the markup is for the downloaded, demo pages. WpBakery page builder is empty. I expect the page builder to be full of elements and content and not the classic Editor that appears above it on each papge.

It’s also worth checking what PHP version you are using. I updated mine from PHP 5.6 to PHP 7 and the speed difference was amazing.

Its been so long since the theme is updated, is there any planned update? The theme is really old now and the page speed score went to 0 on Google Speed test. There are around 24 css files that needs to be combined and a lot of issues.
Can you please update the theme? WordPress is updated with lots of new things and I am afraid my site will left behind in a few months if there won’t be any update.

The site loads in 7 seconds and the loading looks crappy. It loads the text first then it calls for the correct heading fonts, then it loads the slider revolution and then the logo. Something is not right.
Even on the inner pages the sites loads at full width 100% and then moves to grid version.
Site loading speed is slow and Google Page speed says it is loading in 20 seconds on Mobile.

Basically, adding of one module inside htaccess file will be helpful to improve page load time. Hi my site (prettyamazingcreative.com) has not worked since my server updated so I followed their instructions and yours to update the theme with the latest additions and now I get an error code on trying to activate plugin and as you can see form the site that code is displaying. Yes, it looks like WPbakery page builder is deactivated. So, you could try to go to plugins, then deactivate and delete this plugin completely. And then try to install it again by following message from the dashboard. It looks like you should try to set excerpt for each post. Each single post has “Excerpt” option that is used in Blog Lists.
You need to navigate to Dashboard > Posts > find and Edit single post > on this page find Screen Options > enable “Excerpt” > edit Excerpt field:

We have included Elements Holder shortcode for this purpose. So, just add it and set 2 columns like here https://www.screencast.com/t/6uM6cZcg and then, add elements holder items in these two columns. Inside each item you could add desired content. That should be helpful to get desired layout.

Checking it on mobile looks like that it is not responsive at all. One column image on left and one image after it is on right, is there any way I can make it responsive like one image shows first and then text, then shows the second image and text.? Thank You

This is how responsiveness is working. Each element is stacking one below other on mobile. But, we do have solution for layout you want to achieve. You should just edit row where you want to flip verticaly text column and image column and add some extra Class name for example, reverseMobile like we did here https://www.screencast.com/t/RBe6Qp9dX6 And then add this part of code in Mikado Options > general > Custom Code > Custom Css:

I did put the code in custom and then add it to the row where I wanted to reversed the image, but didn’t work not sure why.
