2. Sorry to say that but you have to change the color using Custom CSS and then paste that CSS code under Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS, it will work for you.

A friend just purchased this theme and I want to purchase it aswell, however I always check how user friendly the demo pages are and I am at a loss for words. I press on edit with WPBakery page builder and for example shop 18 the entire hero image is just a text block. So I open it and I don’t understand a single thing on how the page is made up. How can I customize this? It’s just a text block? Was really excited to purchase it myself but think I’m going to have to hold off unless you can clearly explain how he can customize the demo pages.
How can I add in another picture? How do I add in a button? In the text block everything is written in lower case but on the page it’s all caps? Please explain this to me.

Yes the particular Slider on the Shop 18 homepage is made using Text Block, When you will edit the homepage you will find a Text Block, and when you will edit the Text Block you will find Slider Image and Text and also a Button in it as showing in the below given screenshots and you can change it as per your requirements.

We have been running the Porto Theme since Jan 2018 and have been satisfied with its functionality. However recently we moved to an SSL certificte (https://), for the life of me I can’t find where to update this one AjaxLoader.gif.
Its being reference in the wp-includes folder /js/ (see below):
An image with an insecure url of “http://dev.digitaldynamite.co.za/sites/SRN/wp-content/themes/porto/images/AjaxLoader.gif” was loaded via the javascript file: https://srn.co.za/wordpress18/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.12.4 on line 2.
Any further direction to locate and update this image would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the feedback, I navigated to the custom Javascript Code section and did not find anything pertaining to my issue.
We will be considering a renewal for further support, however this seems to be an actual issue with the theme when transferring from a demo environment to a live environment.
For some reason it does not update this link to the AjaxLoader.gif image and I can’t find where I would adjust it from the theme options further.

I did already try this as per previous comments I saw here. It had no effect. What is that AjaxLoader.gif being used for as I don’t think I have a need for it and it is only affecting some pages of the website.
Is it to do with the porto advanced carousel? Or parallax sections?
If I can disable it then atleast it wont affect the security of the pages.

That ajax loading gif is used with various elements and places on the site, like loading overlay as well of the site which you have turned ON from Theme Options >> General and also with various WP Bakery elements as well, so this is not possible to edit every single element file. You have to sue the plugin for that.

This was happening before the cache was switched on. It is only active now as the website is live. When I switch it off it reverts back to:

Hey, I noticed that I have about 5 fonts in the theme. Oswald, Open Sans, Open Sans bold, regular etc. Can you please tell me where I can remove them, and only use one? Like Open Sans Regular for example, and not load the other ones. It increases the page load time, and I do not need them. Also, I saw the fonts are loaded via gstatic and also webfont. Is there anyway to load them just once?

Please Install the Theme on Localhost and Activate it and Install the Demo 7 dummy content, and then go to Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and you will find a deactivate button, Just click on it and Activate the Theme again with the same purchase code on your Live site.
Now you have dummy content of Demo 7 on your localhost site, copy any part and paste it on your live site as per your requirements.

The issue you are facing is because of the PHP version, Your site is using the PHP version below 5.6 which is not compatible with the theme so you have to change the PHP version of your site to minimum 5.6 and also please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest theme minimum requirements as given in the theme documentation here: http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/ And please try to upload the theme via Cpanel again as showing in the Complete Video Installation Guide of WordPress here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U6mqyuDF4GY&feature=youtu.be

It look likes a cache issue on your site nothing else, Please check your site once after removing the server cache and then deactivate it and then remove your site cache and deactivate all the cache plugins from your site and finally check your site after removing the browser cache hope you will not find an issue.

Thats not the case because in the rest of the website the font changes it dosent change only in the main menu 
Anyway I changed the dynamic_style.css and its ok
