Hi – I am interested in using your theme. Currently i am running another theme on WP created with WP Bakery. Can I purchase your theme and test it with my site before taking it live? Would i just put it in maintenance mode while doing this? I’m just afraid of losing any data or messing things up? Also, i see Jupiter X uses Elemenator. Will that cause problems since i created my site with WP Bakery? Thanks for your help!

It crashes and sends a 500 error, and can’t get back in. My host said it is the “Raven” plugin which is mandatory with Jupiter X I had to wipe it all out and start over. When I reinstalled it did it again. I only purchased it because it was compatible with elementor This is a nightmare. My site is now down over 30 hours. I was told to go back to 3.8, and still have problems. I am also using Eliminator widgets, and WP 5.03. I need an answer. I have been submitting requests all day, and get a message you will be on later. It is now about 15 hours. Evidently you don’t have techs available. You must be in another country on a different time frame. My host suggests I not use it, they said your mandatory plugin Raven is not compatible. I also sent the info to Elimentor.
I paid $59 to themeforest for your theme. I need an answer as what to do and when will your theme be fully compatible with Elementor or a refund
Hi, please kindly update Raven plugin to 1.0.4 and then Elementor and the issue will be resolved. This glitch has been happened after the Elementor 2.4 update and caused the issue.

I have updated the theme and I have only issues with it. I had to delete my entire website and start from scratch. the new Elementor is very difficult and completely different from the visual composer.
I had to go that far and try to instal a theme and I only get errors left and right.
1) during the installation process it gets stuck and I have to delete everything via FTP and reinstall it.
2) I can get a plank page. which leads to deleting everything via FTP and reinstalling.
3) I get a server error and I have to delete everything. and so on and so on.
can you please send me the latest version that you have with the visual composer?

Once inside the selected product if I see that it has zoom effect and other things, but in catalogs and not very static page.

New update of elementor crashes website with 500 error. Don’t update it guys
This is regarding the Jupiter X + Elementor 2.4 + Raven that crashes the site and shows a fatal error.
As some of might you have already experienced this issue, we are aware of this issue too and we are working on it to fix it.
In the meantime, please downgrade the Elementor to the previous version which is 2.3.8.
There are 2 ways to do it:
1 – This is a bit easy way to handle this issue. Please access your site using FTP, then go to wp-content/plugins folder and remove the Raven plugin folder. Once you delete this folder, the fatal error will go away and you will be able to access your site again.
Then, go to admin panel and access Elementor -> Tools -> Version Control and rollback to the previous version which is 2.3.8 in our case.
Now, go to Jupiter X -> Control Panel -> Plugins and activate the Raven Plugin.
2 – You can do this by accessing your site using FTP, then go to wp-content/plugins folder and remove the elementor folder. Once you delete this folder, the fatal error will go away and you will be able to access your site again. The site may be in bad shape though but don’t worry.
Now, download the version 2.3.8 from this dropbox link https://www.dropbox.com/s/i3hsqothk5jyekk/elementor.2.3.8.zip?dl=04
Extract the zip file and again go to wp-content/plugins folder and paste the plugin files in this folder.

That error is related to new Elementor update. To fix it, you need connect via FTP and rename “elementor” folder temporarily in wp-content/plugins directory. Then log in to wp-admin panel and go to JupiterX > Control Panel > Plugins and update JetElements plugin to 1.15.4 version. After that you can rename “elementor” folder back and activate Elementor plugin.
