I know my support has expired. I can not use the official support tool. I feel my issue is a serious flaw that needs attention, not just for me, but for others that may already have this theme and/or want to buy it.

The truth is that I never used the theme, I bought it because I thought I would use it in a project I had in mind, however, this project took a long time and obviously the support that was included was now obsolete, now the project started, install the theme and the Like the friend who posted I have problems with the menu. when you use the menu on mobile, it will not work properly. The menu shows, but if you want to select an item that takes you to a section that is anchored on the same page (like #team_section), it will scroll down to it. However, the blur is still there. And, if you then tap the screen, it then scrolls back up to the top.

This problem happens on my site, as well as your demo’s on themeforest while on mobile. I have used different browsers that do this behavior, as well as using my computer browser mimicking mobile does this too.

If you would, please advise. If you can’t, I understand, and I will move on to another theme.

Dear Nic, when will this theme get an update? It contains a lot of deprecated php functions, it would be awesome to update these please, it’s important..

I’ve downloaded your theme Sweetcake. 3 questions:

1. Somehow i am not able to change the colors of the headers and the plain text from light grey into black.

2. Also the pattern image for the bottom of the header appears to have a white/light grey space below the image. The image I uploaded for this, does not have a white/light grey space below.

3. I cannot seem to edit the button “read more” (translate) in the blog section.

I also tried to submit a ticket in your own support forum. It ’s not working. Also tried to contact you via Facebook Messenger, no response. Who can help me? Thanks in advance.

However we guarantee our response in 24/48 hours of opening ticket ( we calculated the average waiting time is 15-17 hours ).

the visual composer version included for free in the theme is compatible with the latest wordpress version.
