That is not possible. It can mean only 3 things.

1. There are other plugins using the TGMPA class.

2. The code not added in active theme.

3. Possibility cached.

Regarding your second issue, have you assigned the “Shop” page as the shop page in WooCommerce settings. Ref : https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#section-6 ? Please clarify. Without an assigned Shop page the products would not load.

Thank you for getting back. I tested your website on a mobile and I was able to access all URLs without any issues. The only URL that is not working is the one in the ad block : https://express.octokon.com/product/voground-new-leather-sleeve-protector-bag-case-for-apple-macbook-air-pro-retina-11-12-13-15-laptop-cover-for-mac-book-13-3-inch/

This URL returns 404 even in desktop. Please check the correct URL and add it to the ad block URL.
