We are actually already compatible with Events Calendar Plugin so what you can do is look for any additional extension it offers in this particular case,

[Guttenberg Editor by default Pages or Post Add new Wordpress Admin Main Left Menu Dashboard] Hi, i know that Avada gives the possibility to choose between Classic Builder, Guttenberg or Fusion Builder when you create a page or post in the top avada menu, but if you select Add new from admin dashboard menu at left (page or post => Add new), by default uses classic builder (it isnt possible select between classic or guttenberg), is possible to set Guttenberg by default?

I’m from Taiwan. I would like to build a site to sell product
And in Taiwan it’s very common to use a App call “Line” it’s an app like “what’s app”
So I would like to have an icon on the side and goes along when the page roll. and it’s a link, which can link to for example like “add XXX account” normally when it work on an computer, it’ll show a QR code, and on the phone it will open the app and direct the customer to the XXX account so they can add it as friend. Also there will be a FB link….etc.
can Avada do that?

Good to hear that you are considering Avada for your purchase, regarding your social media query we have an option to add any social media icon to our theme using custom social icon method so you can do that and place the social media anywhere you want, however a default integration is not done for that particular social media for the moment.

Hi,
I contacted you several times before regarding the fact that Avada is crashing complete site when updating theme.
I offered you to pay to take care of this. You told me politely that you would take care of it when I send you mail with all credentials to support@theme-fusion.com. And I did. Several times. No response in a lot of weeks.
I just payed 44$ to renew support, hoping this will motivate you to fix the problems for updating your theme.
- Sliders don’t work, fixed that by installing 3th party plugin - Social media is not configurable in settings, the icons don’t appear on the home page - Recaptcha doesn’t work for contact form 7, on other sites, it works like a charm - Contact form on contact page is not configurable
Here is what I did to update your theme:
First the home page was not visible, together with no possibility to login. I figured out it was the layer slider blocking rendering the home page. After disabling the slider the home page showed up, but still no login possibility. I decided to remove the Layer slider plugin. Login was working. Sadly for me, custom styled slider with everything on it was lost as well. Fun. I do have a backup of the settings.
I Registered my purchase, again. But still no options for updating the theme. So I updated through ftp. But if I do that, the whole site is broken. So I replaced again with backup. WordPress is perfect up to date, plugins as well, except for Layer slider, because it breaks my home page. And then off course the theme is not updatable.
I did not update to WP 5, because I acspect a lot more problems when I do.
Theme version now is 4.0.3. And I’m not only getting really frustrated, I have a customer that is really unhappy with your theme. And my services. First timer.
So I would like to ask you to please make an effort to fix all this theme problems, as I just payed for it. I would appreciate it a lot!

Hope where getting somewhere now. Because right now, Avada is the most disappointing theme ever. Having experience with +20 themes.
And most important of all, it has to be done within the next 48 hours. As my customer has a big media event and needs his site online, beyond urgent.

There could be several factors that could lead to these issues. Low WP memory seems to be one probable cause why this could be happening. I would request you to please check the system by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard > Avada > system status. Please ensure no values are in red (if there are any you can contact your host to help you adjust the values)

Yes, our team is constantly working on support. Here is what has happened with regard to your ticket:
You created a support ticket, to which a member of our team replied and requested access to your website so that we can further investigate the issue with your plugin. You did not reply to that open ticket with the necessary information, instead, you went and created a second (new) support ticket with the access info.
If we need information from you within a ticket, please reply back to the same ticket (all tickets are email based) and do not create new ones. Doing this causes the new support ticket to go into the queue and all new tickets are dealt with in very strict time order, oldest to the newest.
I have just now found the additional info and instructed a member of our team to go ahead and reply there.

I have not made a test on the same as it would be difficult to make a in-depth test of the plugin. As requested, I would suggest testing the same on a staging site. If the plugin is coded with correct WP standards then it would work well

I’ve been using Avada at my daily job (on another TF account) for over a year and I am FULLY SATISFIED with the support and updates. I was wondering can it be used on a recipe / blog kind of website? We are a bit unsure as to what layout would you need for a recipe site. I am assuming you would need filters and other Ajax feature to show recipes (please do let us know if it is something else). This would need a bit of customization (although to some extent portfolio items can be used)

I guess portfolio would be a good way. Does it allow adding custom fields or existing fields names editing? A recipe needs things like preparation time, ingredients, preparation instructions, ratings integrations, also some sort of schema classification / integration is needed for recipes.

1) Yes, you can change to any demo you like at any given time. However this should be done only in the initial stages as changing an “entire” demo also changes widgets, menus, homepage and so on. However, in a fresh install you can always add a demo and uninstall it to add another demo (as many times as needed)
2) You can install a plugin such as Polylang or WPML. You can refer our articles on this here
3) I am afraid this feature is not present in the theme. This would need customization or a third party plugin

Translation:

I’m using Forum(bbPress) template, working very nice! However, there are a lot of fake user registrations.
How to insert Google reCAPTCHA to the forum register page? https://avada.theme-fusion.com/forum/join/It seems Fusion builder widget is built-in. So, I’ve tried many 3rd party plugins, but none of them work.
Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

My client updated all plugins and wordpress and now the avada theme is missing from the themes view in Wordpress and states the stylesheet is missing. The site is broken.
I’ve purchased 7 licenses of Avada, I am not going to pay $42 for support on a problem that should not have occurred.

Hello my client bought this theme avada version 4.0.3 revolution slider version 5.3.0.1 2 years ago and I have a question the revolution slider is not showing on internet explorer is there any fix for that?

We strongly suggest updating to our latest version of theme that is 5.7.2 actually, since WordPress has been updated to 5.0.3 and not all old versions of plugins will be compatible with latest WordPress version, please update to our latest version of theme and you should also get updated version of Revolution Slider, if you need further assistance regarding this, please open a new support ticket and our team will gladly assist you.
