there is no error, i use automated import and it succesfully ends, then all categories products slider no images, so may b u can send me ziped /images, or check server u try install, u can reset it, there is reset plugin

When you import our dummy data you’ll have a website similar to this : https://demo.madrasthemes.com/electro/ which has placeholder images instead of actual images. We do not have the right to distribute the images, we only have the right to use them commercially. Hence our dummy content will contain only placeholder images instead of actual images. Actual images take lot of time to import and usually breaks the importer causing error 500 and other issues. Also your website could be slapped with a DMCA notice in future if they find out about using copyrighted images. It is safer, better and faster to use placeholder images instead of actual images.

Mobile logo looks blurred. The resolution is good but the logo is still blurred on the mobile

Thank you for reaching us. The theme does not modify the quality of the image. If you are viewing your logo on a retina screen like iPhone where the image resolution needs to be doubled, it will appear blurred. You can use an svg logo to resolve this.

It has the svg logo but it does not appear.
You’ll have to remove the logo that you’ve uploaded via Appearance > Site Identity > Site Logo
I removed and added the logo with the svg extension but the logo does not appear.

Hi I think about buying the theme but can be improved with theme update
woocommerce product and category pages should be privatized
sample on the category page above static blocks should be added
areas such as product list and product table should be developed

and I don’t know why but the theme looks very nice on the page when using windows 10 but when using windows 7 in the choreme browser, the theme is 100% full in the window so there is no space at the sides.

Visual Composer is distributed as part of the theme under “In-Stock License” which means you do not need a separate license. However this in-stock license only allows you to use the plugin but not update automatically or activate it. Activation is only required for automatic updates and support access.
We provide support for Visual Composer and whenever a visual composer update is available, we will download the latest version test it against our theme and bundle it as a theme update. So updating the theme will get you the latest version of Visual Composer.
Once you had updated your theme, you will have to navigate to Appearance > Plugins > Visual Composer and de-activate and delete the existing version. Once you have deleted all the VIsual Composer files, you will be prompted again to install Visual Composer. This time you can install the latest version from the theme.
The same applies for Slider Revolution too.

Hi, how on the promotions jumbottron,when you hover on a product with a price, it shows “Add to Cart” but on a product without a price, it shows “Read More”.How do I maintain Read More on all products?

If you want to link add to cart in loop to single product page, you’ll have copy this file https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/blob/master/templates/loop/add-to-cart.php into your child theme like :
electro-child/woocommerce/loop/add-to-cart.php and edit as per your requirement.

The theme can be updated in 3 ways :
1. Automatically : You can use Envato Market plugin to update the theme automatically. Instructions here : https://ibndawood.com/how-to-update-a-themeforest-wordpress-theme-or-a-codecanyon-wordpress-plugin/
2. Semi-Automatically : Sometimes (1) does not work. You should install this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/ , download the latest installable WP theme zip file from your Themeforest downloads page and then upload it via Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme and upload the zip file. The “easy upgrades” plugin will backup the old theme and install the new one.
3. Manually : You should download the latest installable WP theme from your themeforest downloads page, rename your current theme folder in wp-content/themes folder, unzip the downloaded WP theme from your Themeforest downloads page and upload it to wp-content/themes folder.
Please note that updating a theme will override any custom changes that you make to the parent theme. Hence we recommend using a child theme. A child theme is not meant to be updated and should contain only your custom changes.

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. The theme uses various tags for various context throughout the website with varied weights and sizes. It is not possible to set an option for them universally. You’ll have to use custom CSS to override them individually.
You can override the general font properties via Electro > Typography option.

The text you’ve marked is a custom text that is generated from Visual Composer. You can change the weight and size from the text editor provided by Visual Composer itself and does not require additional CSS.
