since version 20, all sliders comes with pre-built websites what means that you can easily import them from BeTheme > Pre-built websites section. More details about this process, you can find in the documentation.

Hi, about contact box, so, I’ve used Be Interactive pre-built website as layout for my website but why the line border position of my contact box (pic: https://prnt.sc/mbdh8v) can’t look like contact box in Be Gunrange (https://prnt.sc/mbdhfu) ? I’ve tried to import theme options from be Gunrange and the line border position is like in beGunrange, but when I import back theme options of be Interactive, the line border become like the pic https://prnt.sc/mbdh8v again.
I’ve tried to input custom CSS .get_in_touch ul li:after{width:310px;left:-10px;} and looks good (http://prntscr.com/mbdjoi) but it’s not responsive after I try to minimize my browser. Any solution? thanks

Hi, we previously used a license and the domain got expired and we deleted everything from that domain. recently, tried to use the purchase code again and got this “Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: www.bundyl.com” Could you please check?? Bundyl.com isn’t a live domain, nor a site. So, how do we deregister it, so that we can use that license in our new domain??

I would like to get rankings for my images.I use standard wordpress gallery / no plugin but can’t see the images in the sitemap..
I just asked YOAST about the SEO sitemap issue with your theme:
We see that, while you are indeed using native WordPress image galleries, you are doing so inside of the Muffin Builder visual page builder. This results in galleries being added via the pagebuilder shortcode that the Yoast plugin does not recognize.We offer a ‘wpseo_sitemap_urlimages’ filter to add images into our sitemap that can be used by developers using custom shortcodes for images. You can find more information about using the filter here (https://kb.yoast.com/kb/images-in-the-xml-sitemap/#image-filter2). Please contact the Muffin Builder developers, they should be able to use this filter to add images to the sitemap.

plugins like Yoast, sees only the content of WordPress default editor and that’s the reason why Muffin Builder content is not visible for that kind of plugins. So if you use Muffin Builder and want to make the content visible for Yoast (you probably meant to make it visible for all these useless Yoast functions like words counter, etc.), you need to use Builder >> SEO option included for WP default editor. This option would allow you to move the Muffin Builder content into WP editor and after that, just turn on “Hide the Content” option below to make WP editor content visible for plugins like Yoast only.

Thanks for the seo work around but this is not the cause of the issue. As I wrote at the beginning:

Actually the image information are generated automatically. TomPiXX mentioned this before:
” Non of them get recognized by SEO / Yoast Sitemap because Builder >> SEO won’t convert them into tags. The same thing happens for image galleries. Muffin just writes down the attachment IDs as plain text…It’s a difference for SEO and sitemapping if a page contains 3 images or 32 images. And none of the [image] tags and gallery images are recognized for SEO just because they weren’t converted correctly. That’s a big problem and makes the builder far away from SEO compatible.
It should not be a big deal to fix that.”
Can we find a solution to this? Many betheme websites would benefit from this SEO Perfornance boost.

Do you use latest version of BeTheme? If not, please update because in recent version we’ve sorted it and now images are being moved with Builder >> SEO option so images should be readable by plugins like Yoast.
Regarding 2nd part of your question, when we finish all updates that we currently have on our “to do” list, we will consider your suggestion of course.

The images aren’t readable even in the WordPress Editor area. The gallery contains only ID’s in the WordPress Editor area .. The sitemaps don’t include any gallery images! The sitemap lists other images on the page. Not the gallery at all.

BeInterior 4 – the bottom of my navigation menu shows a bag icon with a 0 and I can’t find where to remove that. Won’t need shopping functionality. Please advise. Thank you.

Ohh, ok. This “cart” in Creative header type is an icon that you can easily disable under BeTheme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Shop section.
