Hi, I am sorry but I bought this template 2 weeks ago and I realized after spending for 2 weeks with working it, it is not what I expected and wanted to buy. I am not able to use this for I need to create and customize. (For example: 3 languages, events page color and fonts, etc.) I would like to use my webpage in 3 country and 3 language and use WPML pluggins but your template does not support that. How to I get refund for this because I will not use it in the future. Thank for your answer. Klara

Do you know if the theme its compatible with Powerpress for the podcast section?
Hello gluonix and thanks for reaching us. I think there aren’t any problem going for Powerpress: you would configure it to make it work with our theme (taxonomy podcasting and post type podcasting) but then it should go flawless.

Hello! You can show past event switching setting in the customizer: go to Appearance -> Customize then Event settings, click on “show past events” and save by clicking the blue button Publish.

Your issue can be fixed easily by downloading or updating from Themeforest the latest version of the theme. After this try installing again the required plugins.

The same bug still exists in new update. under the “continue reading” section of a blog page the ‘next post’ and ‘before post’ do not take you to the actual blog. the bug is visible in demo as well. I reported it few months ago. but I didn’t get and response for it’s resolution. Overall the theme is nice.

I would suggest one thing in this theme which will make it more user friendly. The event list date order is not user friendly when you have multiple past events on top. Date wise the past events should be at the bottom and the upcoming or future events should be on the top. The order should be simply opposite to how it is now.

As I can see your support is expired, but I can help with event ordering with a quick fix:
Browse in the theme directory to “archive-event.php” and go to line 53. Change the order from ‘ASC’ to ‘DESC’. Save it and now upcoming events will show to the top of the list.

Hello one Question regarding Plugin update. The following Plugins must be updated T2G Theme Dashboard, Themes2Go Widgets and Videolove. The Problem is, that I get always a errorc:URL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds. Is it possible to update the plugin by upload like same as plugin installation? I can’t change from external source to upload from Desktop. Thanks for Helping in advance.

Actually, this is the situation as far as I can read in all the topics:
- About the missing posts, you have been told that the plugin PolyLang is breaking it, it’s has been tested and proven, the theme declares no explicit compatibility with this plugin and you have been suggested to use other plugins like WPML.

Still you had the plugin on in your site, so once you know the solution is up to you to implement it.
I know the plugin was suggested among others for your website but as said in the answer was a suggestion and was untested, officially we always recommend WPML which is the only professional one. - The answer regarding the missing posts and the PolyLang cause was provided via email on Wednesday. My collegue kindly asked to open another ticket for the other issues

but you never open another ticket, as matter of fact you have only 1 ticket https://d.pr/free/i/lDzQHN - The open issue is still regarding the events carousel from what I understand, anyway the misunderstanding is that you meant the events slider while this detail is never mentioned, and unfortunately my collegue was checking the events page linked from the home. The event slider is not affected by the “show past events” attributes, and it always and only extracted upcoming events
- The slider shows only upcoming events because if you put something in home page is for promotion, and by logic is not useful to promote something in the past.

The solution for you:If you need to show past events in the slider in home, this requires a small code change. To do so, you need to delete lines 47 to 54 from the file

How do you remove the sidebar for the blog posts?
Hello Longeway, blog post template comes with sidebar and there is no option in the theme to remove it. By the way, you can always edit the PHP code and remove it manually. Make sure to use the child theme before proceeding.

We suggest install our theme on a “clean” WordPress platform to ensure that installation process goes straight forward without any issues.
You need to install first the main theme but you are not going to activate it and then you have to install the child theme and activate it.
Child theme will make easier update your site with new theme versions without losing any customisations or settings.
