Also… there is no place holder for Google Analytics code?! Probably have to place the code in one of the header files somewhere. BTW.. your demo doesnt work as beautifully and easily as showcased

First for the top bar, it is not advised because if you have a lot of content in it it will not render correctly.
Regarding the Analytics, you need to use a plugin because Envato do not allow google analytics code to be implemented from the theme.

im not after help with the plugin – the plugin has issues with your theme – heres what the plug in company say:
I believe your theme has issue – it outputs headers before they can be send. Someone has to fix your theme.

I have carried out the latest upgrade sent through from Envato and now I can no longer add blocks within Visual Composer. I can edit and duplicate, but not add new ones. I am out of support so cannot submit a ticket but this seems a fairly general issue.

You have an error in your vc_row file which is causing this. I have checked in console and checked with WP Bakery. It’s to do with creating an element and the backend.min.js script. Please can you correct asap? Thanks

Ah it is now fixed thank you – clearing my cache wasn’t working it appears so I have had to delete the caching plugin and reinstate to fix the issue. Thank you for prodding me in this direction.

My server meets all the technical requirements and the demo import process gets completed, however the only thing that gets imported are the pages and posts, the theme settings, images, sliders, and a whole lot bunch of stuff is NOT imported. Simply put, the theme importing process does not work and if I try to do a manual import, there is no “theme settings” file, again, theme importing is broken and a waste of time.

Looks like my tabs for customization are disabled..I’ve tried updating the Social Media URLs for example but I’m not able to edit the already set ones however I managed to reset the section..

I have two licenses for this theme and all of a sudden its asking for the purchase code again. When i re-enter the purchase code it says it is wrong. Now the website is completely down and wont work, we are losing lots of customers and money. And to get help from the developer we need to renew the support. How do we get this sorted immediately.
