Hello, I installed your theme on my sister’s site, and despite a SEO work done with Yoast SEO, it is really badly referenced. However, JSON LD SCHEMA plugin has been installed and configured. I find it a shame because I was planning to buy and install your theme on my own site .. 2. At the moment, the review will be placed at the bottom of the article content. But you can change the review position by doing some customization.
3. Unfortunately, at the moment we don’t have a block that shows the top review post, but we have a filter system on all of our block element, so you can show the review post on the block element. You can check here https://jnews.io/reviews/ about JNews review feature.

1) Okay, but do you have to do anything special to get the stars on Google? (Review only with stars? JSON settings? Or others) As I searched reviews done with your theme on Google, and there were no stars in the results.
2) What customization does it take to change the place of the review? Is it CSS code? Because according to the articles, I do not have to place them in the same place.

On the other hand, I try to create an article on my sister’s website with your theme (I’m doing tests) and I can not use WP Bakery in articles (the option is not displayed ) while it is enabled for posts in the WPBkery settings. And Elementor does not open in article creation either. The button is there, but when you click on it, it never opens the Elementor interface.
4) Are there any other settings to make for this to work?
5) And finally, is it possible to change the main menu according to categories or posts?

1. In this case, you will need to enable JSON-LD plugin from JNews and setup them correctly. For the review issue, can you provide an example for us?
2. It will need adding some custom code or turn it into shortcode, so you can placed them anywhere.
4. For the WPBakery issue on the post editor, it already fixed with the latest version of JNews. Just make sure if you already using the latest version.
5. Yes, it possible by doing some custom changes. At the moment we don’t have that kind of feature.

For migration, your data will stay there. It may need to do some adjustment for certain data from your old theme. So you can use them with JNews.

Margins and padding are never displayed! I tried everything: margins and padding on the columns, on the elements, set the side columns as sidebars etc .. nothing work, there is ultimately no margins and no padding. Have you a solution for this bug ?

I just updated few days ago your AMP extender (3.03) and its throwing up an error “image false (the value provided for the image must be a valid URL (I noticed as most of our AMP pages got de-indexed today and yesterday). Have tested a vanilla setup with just the Wordpress AMP Plugin and no errors, its definitely the latest version of AMP extender causing the error. Please roll out an update fix ASAP, I’m not able to rollback to a previous backup, as the AMP extender won’t activate without updating, so bit stuck! (The AMP tester annoyingly actually says page is valid but if you go to structured data testing tool its showing the image error making the amp pages invalid).
Scratch that, its still an error but optional value, if could be fixed in future update would be awesome. Turns out Google are just playing/testing with amp/non amp search results. Apologies for being alarmist!

If you go to the AMP test page it passes but then go to the the structured testing tool on the same page (with optional values) and it fails saying the IMAGE URL is an incorrect format. I’m using the latest version of both theme and plugin, I tested it on a vanilla setup same error occurred. Example page: https://entrepreneurhandbook.co.uk/sales-techniques/ (all are the same error)

The problem is that on the default template I am using “latest post” only shows on post on the theme and I would like to show more… is this possible and where can I go to change the setting so more posts show up on that part, as when I edit the page that part at the bottom is not able to be edited.
And since I am using a dark template, is it possible to edit the trending bar on the left side? I selected a dark color but it still only shows white.
1 more thing, I tried to make comments appear on the theme and they do not appear. I am not certain what is stopping this behavior. I am using endless scroll for content but is there a way to make comments appear using this method?

We have a feature to customize each category page or only for a certain category page. In this case, you need to install and activate JNews – Extended Category Option plugin or JNews – Detail Category Customizer plugin. You just need to install one of them. Both will have the same feature.

1. When the user submit a post from frontend submit post, the post will have pending status until the admin of the site changes the status of that post to publish or something else.
2. For this site https://www.gamespot.com/kingdom-hearts-iii/, i think you can show all information that related with the game. For the follow option, we have desktop push notification that may will match with your requirement. You can assign that game into certain game category then the user can subscribe into that game category because the desktop push notification will based on post category. Or if you need more feature, you may need to use a plugin to achieve that.

I think you did not understand. A hub is a post or page that contains information for a particular item (e.g. a game, movie, app, holiday destination). Each hub can have tabs (Reviews, News, Images Videos, Forums etc.) that show content related to this item. Reviews, news, videos and images associated with a hub will automatically display under the relevant tab. as it is found in this link https://www.gamespot.com/kingdom-hearts-iii/, besides containing the tabs, to the right side has the cover photo of the game, by whom it was developed, produced, affiliate links, genre that redirect to other related content. Is it possible to do this in your theme?

I am having issues in figuring how the theme is SEO optimized. I took my website live with minimal features, still the SEO score I get is not even the average.
My mobile score shows: 20 My desktop score shows: 84
There are countless issues I am seeing when using tools like Google Page speed, GTMetrix and even on Pingdom.

I got it fixed… Problem was with the code as it had URL with http and since I configured my site to not use any code without https it wasn’t showing anything… If anyone else come across similar question do tell them to add https instead of http in the amazon code

If you having trouble with installing and activate the required plugin or other included plugin on JNews via TGM, please try to upload the plugin via WordPress plugin dashboard. All plugins file you can find on the “wp-content/themes/jnews/plugins”.
