Hello, I have just re-looked at everything I have done. I have imported 2 files using WP All Import. I am also using Content Egg and Woocommerce (full versions). I have spent ages going through online documentation to do this for Woocommerce and Content Egg. I am trying to set up a product landing page for either comparison by SKU or shortcode. When I look at the products with setting for Comparison by SKU in Theme – Shop Settings I see that there are three products… please link to my page below for your reference.

I am having the following 3 issues

ISSUE 1 If my store is set to comparison by sku in Theme – Shop settings there seem to be three instances of my product (see link below). In the link below the 2nd and 3rd instance are duplicates (30.00). The 3rd price shows the correct logo that I set up in content egg offer whilst creating my WP All Import job.

ISSUE 2 In the same link the first price line (26.99) does not seem to show the logo I set up to be parsed in Content Egg Offer section of WP ALL import job. Also, underneath the price it say’s Detail… why does it say this and how can I remove it?

ISSUE 3 If I switch to Comparison by Shortcode then refresh my page the page design changes correctly but no prices show. Why is this please?

I have spent ages trying to understand why this is happening but unable to.

If you could help that would be great.

I imported two files

FILE ONE This was imported as directly from affiliate site using ‘Download from URL’ functionality in WP ALL IMPORT plug-in – the full version not free version image.png

FILE TWO This was imported by uploading a file from my hard drive using ‘Upload a file’ functionality in WP ALL IMPORT plug-in – the full version not free version This was identical FILE ONE above except I changed the Program name and p;rice of each product – NOTE SKUs remained the same image.png

Both import files contained only three products.

How can I send you a screenshot please? I tried replying to email but it was returned?

I’m sure I must be doing something wrong but I have followed documentation for importing products to your theme using WP ALL IMPORT, WOOCOMMERCE and CONTENT EGG to use the prices comparison by SKU and price comparison by shortcode functionalities

HI I am going to take this in stages. The first one is importing some products. I have imported three products using WP All import. I have full version plug in and also full version plug ins for Woocommerce, Content Egg and Affiliate Egg. I have my shop setting to ‘comparison by SKU’. I have followed all of the steps shown in your documentation. the import has worked and the products have been imported into my database. However, no images are showing (your documentation mentions to only fill in the title and content, I have mapped Title and description, does it also mean image when documentation says content????).

You have imported 3 products with 3 different SKU, so, I am not sure which comparison by SKU you expect to have. Currently, you don’t have products with the same SKU so nothing to compare

Hello, thanks for looking into this for me please. I understand that I only have one product. I want it to show (in comparison by shortcode) any products that I have. In this case to show just the one product and then when I import another SKU from a different merchant to show both products with their different prices. Eventually I will have products in my site where there may only be one merchant and one price or I may well have a product with more than one merchant with different prices?

You can have price comparison if products have common parts. Usually it’s EAN, ASIN or any international ID. If you don’t have this in your product feed, you can create only deal site, which is also good site and we have a lot of product layouts for deal sites

Yes I understand that. I mapped an EAN number to the ‘Unique Post ID’ in the ‘Content Egg Offer’ section as you describe in your documentation…. so I added the common part. You asked me to provide screenshots of the steps I went through when importing using WP Import. I provided them and it shows that I mapped the EAN number to the ‘Unique Post ID in the Content EGG Offer section. Can you please refer to the video of the steps I took to import using WP All Import… ink is below. I have followed YOUR documentation.

If you use comparison by SKU template, you don’t need to use content egg add-on at all. Place ean to SKU field. That’s all what you need

Hello, I have just imported 3 products into site for one vendor… Once I am happy that products for 1 vendor have imported OK I will import the same 3 products for another vendor.

My questions are as follows

1. I have shop setting set to comparison by sku. In the link attached (product page) I would like to show the vendor next to the price on the left. Can you tell me how I can achieve this please?

2. In the same page, the words’[content-egg-block template=price_statistics]’ seem to show… I have looked and I cannot seem to see where these words are being generated from. Can you tell me how I can remove them please?

1. You can’t change functions for product layout. It’s required customization. Also price list must show merchant logo, but you attached product image to merchant logo, you must attach logo of vendor instead

Hello, thanks for your help. I have deactivated Content Egg and I am only using WooCommerce. I have imported 3 products from two vendors and both prices are showing up. This is great. However I do have three issues as per below.

Issue 1 – Am I able to put a link in the CHOOSE OFFER button when it appears at the top of the screen. It always shows the cheapest offer so I wondered if it would be possible to have a link to the store that has the cheapest offer? If this is not possible, how can I hide it so that it NEVER shows?

Issue 2 – you will see in the page that I have sent that just underneath the price for the second store it says Details. Why is this appearing? I would like it NOT to appear but can’t work out how I can do this?

Issue 3 – [content-egg-block template=price_statistics] message is still appearing after the two stores just to the right of the image. I have read the documentation in the link you sent through in previous reply and nothing seems to tell me where this has come from and how I can stop it from showing. I have noticed that if I activate the Content Egg plug in it does not show? Can you help please?

HI I have imported three products from two vendors. The comparison is working well however the products seem to have duplicated. I have installed the RH WooCommerce Tools and clicked on the hide duplicate products tick box. This has worked in some places and not worked in other places of your theme. Details as follows

WORKED If you got to my homepage below and page down to the POPULAR PRODUCTS section and only one product shows… this has worked OK.

However, in the same place as above (POPULAR PRODUCTS) on homepage. If you select ‘BEACH AND WATERSPORTS’ category from the ‘Select Category’ drop box then each of the products is duplicated. How can I correct this so only one product appears here????
