Issues in IE can be easily fixed using some CSS media queries. IE is actually an outdated browser, since the release of Microsoft Edge. IE 11 was their last call and support for it has dropped years ago. Even Microsoft doesn’t waste time and resources developing further already buggy and incompatible environment. That’s why they developed Edge.
