I run into a little problem with my permalinking structure. I want the structure for my blog posts like this example www.example.com/blog/BLOGPOSTNAME and now I only have www.example.com/BLOGPOSTNAME
How can I make the links always goes from the /blog/... page. ? For my overall blogpage I made a page and inserted the blog item with the muffin builder.

This can be done in .htaccess on FTP. If you do not now know, please contact your web developer.

Yes but that will change the H4 size throughout the site and I just want to change the “How it Works” title size. For example, I even tried adding < h5 > tags in the title field itself but that did not work either. Thanks.
If you want to change font size of specific H4 only, you have to use custom css then.
I used “Inspect” tool to locate the CSS required to change for the “How it works” title but I’m not able to find it. Can you please just give me the CSS code and I can change it. Thank you.

Hi, how to make my Top Bar Right menu still visible on mobile? My site uses 2 language, so I want my visitors to be able to easily switch their language preferences on mobile. Also search icon is useful so if it must be visible on mobile too. In desktop, tob bar right menu works fine btw, the language switcher looks cool.

I’m excited about buying your theme, but I’d like to ask you a few questions: 1 – I already know that it is not possible to import pages from other templates into the template I choose, which is a pity. But can I save containers (row) or columns as a template and then import to another page of my theme? 2 – Your editor is not very intuitive for those who have little experience, like me. What is the advantage of using your editor instead of Visual Composer?

1. Yes, you can save specific sections as templates and them import them to pages when creating.
2. We recommend to watch this video to understand how Muffin Builder works. To be honest, we have many very positive feedbacks from people who gave it a chance and for many of them our builder is easier and more intuitive than WPBakery. However, unless you won’t try it, you will not know.

if you already imported one demo and now want to use different because you changed your mind, you have to reset your WP to default or you can create test environment under sub-domain where you can do import of any demo you like.

Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. Because you faced with such a weird issue, which we believe has nothing to with the BeTheme itself, we recommend the following steps:
1. Please go to your FTP account where theme is, remove whole theme folder and then upload the latest version thru FTP as well. Please make sure that all the files were copied correctly.
2. Remove all 3rd party plugins (including cache of course).
3. Make sure, there is no additional cache stuff on server side.

We can see that you use child theme, please switch to parent theme and check if problem persists.

purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins which are bundled into theme. It’s because of Themeforest license & agreements. This applies to all themes of course. However, there is no need to use this code because the plugins are fully functional without it. If you want, you can find out more by visiting the links below:

All bundled plugins are included with extended licenses and users can use these plugins within the theme without needing to purchase them separately. This is standard and according to ThemeForest rules.

to copy elements from other demos, you have to create an extra/additional WordPress installation (ex. under sub-domain or sub-folder). This is the easiest and fastest way to learn, how things were done on different pre-built websites. You can also use Import/Export button which is in the right bottom corner of Muffin Builder so you can export necessary page code and import it into another page.

Hi! We are going to create a “multi site”. We will use 9 different domains for 9 different languages, but the content and design will be exactly the same on all sites except the language on them. Can we use 1 license for all of them, or how does that work?

If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.

Actually the betheme panel says deregister theme and it is the only site i have with betheme, if deregistering and registering doesn’t work, i’ll send you credentials then, but i see someone else having the same problem.
Sorry but this is not the only site you had registered with same key. If you will send us private message, we will let you know on what websites you had registered it in the past. In 99% cases, this message is related with multiple domains registered with same key.
actually i noticed the mistake, it was assigned to the subdomain where it was before releasing it to it’s official domain so it is fixed now, and no, I use one license for one site, i checked through the control panel and it’s only one site mxbikerentals.com, i don’t do multisites either. But hey! whatever you say, man.
So as you confirmed, the license was being used for other domain (actually sub-domain). And as we told you above, the message you got was related with license being registered for other domain than the one where you are using it currently.
