i have 22 apartments is it possible to connect and sync the booking system to see if they are available for rent or they are already reserved with airbnb booking.com and if is possible how can we do that ?

Our theme currently support for ICal syn like this yet: http://guide.travelerwp.com/docs/other-feature/calendar-sync/
Currently, is syn One Way mean you should manually update ical file yet.
In next time we will update by 2 ways for make automatic update for this.

Let us answer to you:
1. You can turn off other services for use for just Hotel yet! Our theme support for that. With new layout Homap that we build to use Hotel only you can check it out.
2. Our theme support instant booking that include submit booking with online payment or submit form for approved by owner yet.
Traveler also have Inbox functions allows communication between buyer and owner before book yet.
