I have an issue with one website with the theme “OneLife”, but the website is very slow. There is something that pushes the hosting CPU up to 100%. We tested the website on another hosting; I deactivated all plugins one after another, but the situation persists. Is there any incompatibility with the WPML plugin? I have another site with the same theme and I do not have the same problem. Also, I would like to know if it is incompatible with the following plugins: Yoast SEO; WPBakery Page Builder; WP Google Maps; W3 Total Cache; Subscribe2; Smush; Slider Revolution; Responsive Google Maps; GDPR Cookie Consent; Force HTTPS; Contact Form 7. We have purchased your theme a time back and we get the following errors bellow in our console : https://imgur.com/P08pCRK . Also here is the refer points that this errors have : https://imgur.com/jqBT7K5 .
Also when we checked your theme we saw a menu (single procedure nav) that was on the left side inside the “procedure section”. It was looking good for 5 or 6 titles , but we have more for that anchor section. So here comes the problems. As you can see on this image : https://imgur.com/8WkyLWe , the red highlited section is not even scrolable , if someone wants to see the whole section , and also some anchor links are cut out of the screen.You might think see the section in a high resolution , (like 1920×1080) screen but the problem persists in smaller devices. The user has to zoom out to see the whole section. Surely that was not clarified to your theme demo. Here is the video with the problem on smaller devices , like laptops , in order to give you an example : https://www.useloom.com/share/163c54a033a344d980d210cf542f2c33We also refered to that issue again , but the solution didn’t solve the problem. We didn’t want from you to just make the font size smaller. We want to have a scrollable menu , or at least a proper menu that dose not fit only 5 or 6 anchor links . Also i noticed that you didi a media querie with a max-width , but the first querie (1280 px) is ignored by the computer because you made another querie for 1366. px. So as i understand 1280 px are included into the max width of 1366.
