Hello, I bought this theme, nice job really! But I don’t understand why the sound is unable to play on the carrousel ? Even when I unmute the videos in the slider revolution parameter, the sound never plays when browsing the carrousel. It only plays when I put a clickable button which launches the vimeo/youtube player. How can I have the sound in the carrousel ? Thank you.

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended licence for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.

I can’t find any bundled plug ins anywhere? what is the page to them, all i see is a message to purchase and activate revolution slider with a purchase code, even the three ones say activate revolution slider its driving me insane

Revolution Slider and WPBakery Page Builder are bundled plugins. There’s no need to activate them, they’ll work for you regardless of that.

Templates provided by plugin author are not available under extended licence. You’re provided with our own Rev Slider demo slides and our own custom shortcodes for WPBakery, however, if you wish to use predefined templates from premium plugin authors, you will have to purchase a standalone app. That is the way extended licence works.

I have trouble editing my pages with the new Wordpress 5.1.X will there be an update fixing this?

If you updated WordPress to the latest version, your default page builder became Gutenberg, since it’s built-in from version 5. To avoid this and continue using your bundled WPBakery Page Builder plugin, you should go to Plugins > Add New and install “Classic Editor” plugin. This will force WPBakery to show up on your page edits.
On the other hand, you can simply request an update for WPBakery, which includes compatibility with WP 5, if you reach us with your purchase code at support@edge-themes.com

I can not make changes to the page like normal pagebuilder. How do I change any element of the page? Like titles and specific blocks. I want to delete some and I do not find the option. Follow the attached pictures to see what appears when I click on “edit this page”. I also sent an email.

If you updated WordPress to the latest version, that means your default editor became Gutenberg. To revert to WPBakery, you just need to install Classic Editor from Plugins > Add New or get in touch with our support staff, so they can update WPBakery to the latest version, which includes improvements for new WordPress versions.

Can no longer edit pages. Everything was working amazingly with this theme. Then when I went to edit, I see an error message that “Elements within this list are depreciated and no longer supported in newer versions of WPBakery Page Builder” However I did not change this Theme version and I did not change the plugin version, So I guess perhaps one of them was push updated and now does not work? Does anyone know what happened or how to get this working again?
Maybe I should post this question in the forum. but I can not because it said my purchase code has expired, but this is not really support, it’s more just correcting an error in some push update that I had no control over. If this “plugin” issue will be corrected with an update of the theme, please let me know and I will just wait it out. Great Theme in general by the way.

I’m having issues with WPBakery plugin and EdgeCPT. When they are both activated, I can’t edit a page. I receive an error saying “This page isn’t working”. If I disable either one of the plugins, the edit page will load. The problem is both need to be active in order to work with any content. This happened all of a sudden after working fine for a while.

We have a one pager with sections linked in the nav, and instead of scrolling when the menu item is clicked, it just jumps down. How do we add a scrolling effect to this?

To create menu anchor links, first you have to set Anchor ID for each section (Row) that you want to create a link to. The ID should be entered in the Anchor ID field and Row ID field should be empty: https://www.screencast.com/t/tBzCiHmSUR
This is very important, if you use Row ID it will jump to the section instead of scrolling. Use only small letters, no spaces for IDs. Set unique Anchor ID like this for each row (section) that you want to create a link to.
After that navigate to Appearance -> Menus -> edit your menu -> add the page which contains this section to the menu and enter the appropriate anchor ID for the menu item (in the ‘Anchor’ field): https://www.screencast.com/t/iK9xHtKR
For each section that you want to create a link to you have to add the page which contains the section to the menu and enter appropriate anchor ID for each menu item. If there are two or more sections on the same page that you want to create links to, you have to add the same page two or more times to the menu with appropriate anchor IDs.

Hi Guys, lovely theme, thanks a lot. One issue: I am using the portfolio to host video content through a vimeo link on the landing page. When opened on a desktop it opens fine however on a mobile phone the video opens very small. Is there a quick fix and is this to do with the portfolio settings or the vimeo settings? Also is there a way to add a text title underneath each video from the portfolio? As it does for the webpage images on the example landing page. There is hover over titles but it would be nice to identify what the content is before hovering over it. Thanks in advance.
