Make sure your server meets these requirements https://help.us-themes.com/impreza/installation/requirements/ If it won’t help, deactivate all third-party plugins, which aren’t related to Impreza, clear all cache and if the error will disappear, activate plugins one by one to find the issue.

Hello, I have a problem regarding Custom Heading and the responsive behavior by the theme. Normally my h1 is 40px on desktop and 30px on mobile. But in the custom heading of the visual composer object, I typed 20px. On the desktop this works very well, but on mobile, it takes the 30px of the theme settings because the class vc_custom_heading which includes on mobile the 30px font-size is !important and overwrite it. But in this one case, I want the h1 to be 20px on mobile too.

The video size I want to install is 131m and 140m but the maximum upload size is 128m. yesterday evening htccess and php.ini I tried typing code did not change. c I don’t understand the panel
This issue isn’t related to Impreza, contact your hoster and ask them to increase these server limits, but note that 130M is a quite big video which won’t be loaded on most visitors devices, the size should be around 5M to load it quickly.

unfortunately I could not find a solution. there are now 140 mb of video I need to upload. godaddy can’t help me. I couldn’t do it because it was closed from the web site.

Hello I have a problem with the Font Awesome and Ultimate Addons icons for WPBakery Page Builder. Indeed they are no longer displayed on my site.

Update to 5.6.1 broke the design
Hi there,I just updated a customer site to 5.6.1 and had to find out that some class names changed and the separator widget in page builder suddenly requires an unit. Now I have to enter 150px, the last version was fine with “150” without px. This is not funny! I now have to check EACH page for stuff like that and have to fix EACH separator. Who knows what else was changed??
Can you provide a list of class names or parameter changes to look for? Do you have any kind of quality assurance or testing process in place that ensures that updates do NOT break the website?
This site using your theme is really the worst when it comes to updates, no other theme used by my customers requires so much work after an update. And that might be more an issue of WP Bakery PageBuilder and not so much yours, but you were paid for the package, so you have to take responsiblity…

You can replicate the behavior very easily youself by setting up a site with Impreza 5.1, create a new page, add a flipbox and an empty widget using PageBuilder. You’ll find that before updating, the flipbox is using classes like cl-flipbox cl-flipbox-h cl-flipbox-hh cl-flipbox-front cl-flipbox-back
After updating the site to 5.6.1, the very same flipbox uses the classes w-flipbox w-flipbox-h w-flipbox-hh w-flipbox-front w-flipbox-back
So all my custom CSS rules are now meaningless.
For the empty space, on 5.1 you could configure it with a height of 150 without any unit like px or em. It defaulted to px. The shortcode generated by PageBuilder looked like this: [vc_empty_space height=”155”]
The generated sourcecode is:After the update, the very same empty space looks like this: [us_separator size=”custom” height=”155”]
And the generated source code is:That doesn’t work, because the px is missing. I had to open PageBuilder and change the height parameter of each widget to 155px. Then it works again.
By the way, the “us” in the name of the empty space shortcode tells me that you provided or modified that widget, so that problem is your responsibility.
So there’s nothing to investigate, right?
You have to tell us, your customers, which classes and parameters etc. were changed.
You could also ensure (with a new update) that all parameters that were previously accepted are still working as expected.
But I don’t want you to fool around with my customer’s site.

1. The cl-flipbox isn’t a part of Impreza, this class was used by Codelights addon. Unfortunately, the plugin won’t be supported by its author anymore so we created our own element instead, obviously, it has different classes and settings. All Codelights Flipboxes were translated to Impreza-related Flipboxes and they work as before, in your case, you should only change these classes to make things work as before. We couldn’t make your custom code compatible because it isn’t a part of our product, you should manage your own custom code yourself.
2. There is no more Empty Space element, it was translated to Separator element with all the settings, which has much more options and can be easily adjusted. In your case, it looks like some glitch, probably one of your plugins break the migration process, that’s why we asked to investigate the issue. If you don’t allow us to investigate, use Better Search Replace plugin to change these values directly in your database, don’t forget to create a backup before updating.

Sorry, I misinformed you about the “Empty Space” without units, unfortunately, it’s a bug, we’ll fix it in the next the release so we recommend keeping the previous version till the fix is out.
Will this theme run under PHP V. 7.3 and WP 5.0.3? I’m trying to run it for a licensed client of yours and it is ‘breaking’.

Website data cannot be updated to be compatible with Impreza 5.6.1
After updating to the newest version of Impreza, the website slowed down very much. Additionally, I get an error message saying: Your website data needs to be updated to be compatible with Impreza 5.6.1 To avoid losing website data, it’s strongly recommended to make a full backup of your website. Also don’t edit website content and theme options before the update.
When I try to run the update, it starts but never stops. Tried it several times already. What can I do repair my site?
