Hello I am trying to update the theme from the appearance menu but it is saying “Update Failed: Purchase Code is not valid!!!” I last few times I updated it that way and it worked fine.

Please go to Porto >> Theme License and click on deactivate button and then again activate the Theme with the same purchase code and try to update the Theme again from WordPress hope you will not find this issue.

I’ve activated w3 total cache, the mini cart does not work. It keeps spinning and spinning. It doesn’t show anything I added.

I followed all the documentation you have in place regarding making woocommerce work with W3 total cache. I even watched youtube videos and made sure i configurated right with w3 total cache.

Excluded checekout, cart, myaccount, shop I made sure Wc-session is also excluded.

Please I know I don’t have support with you guys it expired but can you please help me

Sir, There are no more issues on the site. You can definitely go back and check. I did remove W3 Total Cache. But didn’t you guys say that its compatible with your theme

We have tested the W3 Total cache with the latest Theme and do not finds an issue, Its surely be the issue from your server side, If you want to check you can test the Theme on any other server with W3 Total cache default setting, I am sure you will not find an issue.

Trying to edit the Demo images from Visual Composer, ive tried post id for images and image file names and links. How can I change the images out from the uploaded demo vc images?

Please in future, allow us to put our own widgets into the top bar area; preferably split into top bar left and top bar right areas. At the moment it’s frustrating that I have to update the file header_1.php and enter php code myself to place items I was there. I own over 50 themes, and all the multipurpose themes I have, allow me to drag widgets into the top bar area.

I am surprised this theme doesn’t already have this feature. I would give it 5 stars if it did, but as of now its greatly lacking in this regard and would only give it 3 stars as a result. All areas of a page should be fully editable by the users easily.

Thanks for sharing the suggestion/feature request with us, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

The carousel boxes have the product title as an H3 tag, I tried to change the font size, but it did not give any effect while changing line height changed in these boxes. I want to reduce the product title size in them, if the theme setting in typography not working, how can I change it? Would you provide a CSS code that does this?

I cant seem to find any way to show if the product is available for backorder or in stock in the single product page. Is this available on this theme?

Hi, my support here has expired but this is more of a technical question regarding your website. I am trying to download and update to the latest wp bakery plugin etc. but when i try to log in to your website in order to download the plugin, i get the message that the purchase code is already in use… now i do not recall having a support account at your website, but even if i did i cant remember my login details…

i have a bit confusing problem. i purchased your theme and it works fine until last update. my website will be only english in the beggining. because of that instead of “WPML Multilingual CMS”, i purchased “Woocommerce Currency Switcher” from author named “realmag777”. Until the last update you made it was working fine but now it is not switching between currencies. my website is still on development. do you have any idea what caused to this?

First of all, when you will purchase the Theme you will get all the Demos with one click Import functionality :), but you can only use one at a time, If you want to use any other Demo after Importing one, then the new one will override the previous one.

1. Project and client section is set/created using Porto Recent Portfolio element and if you want not to use it as Slider you can use Simple Porto Portfolio element as well.

2. Yes, you can set the Form easily using Contact Form 7 on the particular page as per your requirements.

I’ve noticed a drop in conversions since switching from the DEFAULT store front theme… which is not good at all. How the hell you remove “Welcome to Porto!” message from the top of the header? Found it – CUSTOMIZE

The portfolio doesn’t work at all. 404s. So far this is a complete mess. I had a wordpress gallery set, and then it automatically changed to the porto porfolio. Now nothing works for my galley page or the portfolio. What is going on here?
