I have tried to install the theme like any other, but it doesn’t work. The folder structure of the site also doesn’t look familiar at all. When I copied the files to my ftp site it also doesn’t pick it up. Really frustrating – just thought this would be as easy as all the other wordpress themes to install? Why is it so different? I get some error when trying to upload the theme too. What do I have to do ?

Hello, I just updated wordpress in 5.0.3 and i was in 4.9. The theme is using WPBakery Page Builder but, the pages doesn’t show anymore that it exists (because i guess of the new editing system of wordpress) and i cannot update WPBakery Page Builder, it say the theme must do it . .. How do i do ?

Hello, I purchased the theme, and installed it. It’s really nice. Good job! I have a question though: In the Add New Portfolio item, at the bottom of the page there are additional fields that need to be filled. ay I know how I can change the number of fields, and more improtantly, how can I set the default values of the fields. Do you mean to add additional fields except these fields? If yes then ypou need to customize the dt_sc_portfolios shortcode fields from \wp-content\plugins\designthemes-core-features\shortcodes\shortcodes.php line no 3271 (aprox) here you need to customize the function dt_sc_portfolios() for additional fields.

Hi There, Thank you for your prompt response. I am faced with a minor issue on the gallery page of my website (http://www.mohamadazizeh.com/art-gallery/). If you look at the filter control, I have added paintings there and assigned year categories for them for the ones that now show on the page. If I choose 2014 or 2017, the sorting works perfectly. However, if I choose 2015 or 2016 the sorting does not happen to display the images under those two year categories. I checked on the backend and made sure that all portfolio items I added have year categories assigned to them. Please can you advise how I can fix this?

Hi Team, Thank you very much for your prompt response. Yes, did that and it works beautifully! However, I have a lot of paintings added there, and I want to limit the display of them. I don’t want all of them to show, as it will take a lot of time to load all the paintings. Is there a way I can limit the number of items to display before the end user can click on “load more” to view more of them? Thanks

Hi There. Yes I have that option enabled already, but the page still loads all the painting entries I created. How can I limit it to show only 9 paintings before I hit the load more button?

I bought this theme two days ago and when I try to upload to the WP website, I get the message expired link. I contacted netfirms.ca and they suggested that I upload via FTP, and that they could activate. This did not work, and see other similar comments. Hi,
I have a masonry media grid and recent posts VC modules on the same page.
If I put media grid before the posts it works fine, no problem.
But if I put the posts module before the media grid, the media won’t display and I get the response error { ” status ” : ” Nothing found ” } when looking in the network console.
And that’s because the page_id used in the ajax call is the one from the last post from the posts module and not the current page anymore.
Could you get back with a fix for this problem ? Thank you.

Hello, i bought your theme few days ago and started editing portfolios yesterday. I added like 15 or 16 new portfolios with project details successfully. But today i noticed that project details panel is gone when i tried to edit some of the portfolios i added before. In edit portfolio page i cant see the project details panel (right after the default options panel). So i cant either add a new portfolio with project details or edit the project details of an existing portfolio. Can you help please? Thank you.
