I see that you have destination categories, for example: “Beaches”. Is it also possible to make a child destination category under “Beaches”? For example: Destination category: Europe Child category: United Kingdom 2nd Child category: London

Hi guys, Great theme! A couple of pre-sales questions: 1. Is it possible to mix and match all homepage features? I don’t want to pick 1 homepage style, but combine different things from all the homepage templates. 2. Can I include a videobackground instead of a large image on the homepage? 3. Do you have any examples of travel websites that already use your template? 4. Are there custom sidebars to pick for each post or category/destination? Or is there only one sidebar for all pages/posts? 5. Is it possible to integrate a parallax section (wide screen parallax image with tekst/button)? 6. Mobile friendlyness: is it possible to adjust the mobile settings in the next update? A couple of things don’t show well and are not very user friendly e.g. the horizontal timeline doesn’t completely show, and the destination lists (graphic black and white maps on baleares hompepage and each destination list) take a lot of scrolling. Is it possible to arrange this differtently or exclude this map from the destination overview? 7. And last: if I buy the theme, do I get practical help installing and setting everything up? Thanks guys, really appreciate it! Here’s the screenshots for question number 6. Mobile screenshot horizontal timeline: https://prnt.sc/mo28q3. This doesn’t completely show on mobile. Mobile screenshot destination with graphic map: https://prnt.sc/mo299e. It’s very nice design wise, but as you can see one destination fills up a whole page, so it takes a lot of scrolling. Hope this helps to optimize things! For me, I personally love your theme because it’s different and more creative than all other travel blogs so keep up the good work! However, at this stage the theme (and mainly the mobile version) doesn’t seem intuitive enough compared to some other themes in my selection, which I find a bit easier to navigate. Ok, so, when it comes to horizontal timeline, it actually can be swiped, so you are able to see whole timeline. Well, on mobile, sections are stacking one below the other, because of lack of space. If you want to see map on some upper place, it could be moved a bit, with column reversing. Thank you for your feedback, of course. We are always glad to hear any suggestion from our customer so we could made our themes even more user friendly.

This is really frustrating – I currently have 9 unanswered tickets …. 9!!!
That is a lot of issues with your template and my frustration is being added to by the fact that the support response is really slow.
1/ left & right vertical menus assigned to these positions are displaying different menus on the front end 2/ menu icons missing 3/ can not see where to manage logo padding or size 4/ blog layout is set to 2 column but is displaying as 1 column 5/ homepage blog carousel slider is resizing images to all be different heights!! 6/ blog page has a testimonial under the blogs which I can not remove as it is not in the page elements anywhere.
I have included admin details in the tickets and would be grateful if you could please address these issues today as I have been waiting for a response to some of these issues since last friday!!!!

I have several problems with my template on the website http://souscetangle.fr , - I can’t put the menu on the main page, - I can’t remove the “highlighted” image on the article to leave it on the slide at home - I can’t remove the “Home > Destination > Article” above the articles - When you click on the google map, you choose the destination, when you click on it, on the page on the right there are “2 articles about it” except that when you click, you arrive on the page of all destinations and not only on the page with the articles of this destination - How to translate the “Keep Reading…” into French? - I would like to put the logo in the center on all pages with the menu

The theme is very hard to use, a lot of things dind’t work. The images didn’t resize auto, the icon didn’t appear, horizontal line of destiny didn’t work as well. So a spend more than 20 hours working hard and I far from way to get a good result

When trying to import the demo content, it went straight to 90%, but has been stuck there since….. Is this normal and how long should it take? What do I have to do, just wait a couple of hours? Well, WPBakery is our main and official page builder with which all our demo content is built, so if you want to achieve the appearance from our theme demo, you’d have to use WPBakery. Our themes are compatible with Gutenberg editor as well, however, since it’s still in the development phase, we’re not sure how much could you achieve with it.
