Theme fails out when attempting to purchase a product with WooCommerce and Square plugin. I am a customer through elements.envato but wanted you guys to be aware. The purchase completes without issue using other themes so it is theme and not plugin related. Please reply when an updated theme file is available. Thank you!

Importing the XML file will add you the demo menus, pages and posts. They will not override your content, but pages with the same name will not be imported. All the best.

Disappearing Logo on Mobile -
Hi – I’ve been using Leisure for 3-4 years now and love the theme. With this most recent Core update to WP 5 my logo is inexplicably disappearing on mobile.
Is this a common or known issue? I’ve tried reuploading the .png file for 2x retina logo and emptied my caches. Any ideas? Appreciate any help.

This type of issues are usually related to server settings. The function that probably doesn’t work properly and it is causing this issue is getimagesize() Please ask your server admin if you have any settings or restrictions that might affect this function. Would some sort of minify option be effecting this? I’m still not seeing where to change or inspect this on a server level: getimagesize()
Yes, an issue like this could also be generated by minifying, optimizing, caching or similar plugins. All the best.
Hello i updated the theme from version 19.6.1 to the newest one. Rooms disappeared as well as the secondary menu also plenty of Wordpress warnings are arising. Any help?

1) Is the most recent version compatible with WP 5.X and support the new Editor?
2) I noticed a couple of comments about issues with 7.2; is that an actual issue or has this been resolved.

Yes, the current theme version should work fine on WP 5.0+ platforms and PHP 7.2. We try to keep compatibility for the theme with popular builders, but our demo content was created with Visual Composer WPBakery, it can not be edited with Elementor or Gutenberg. We strongly recommend using only WPBakery with the theme, as it was precisely built for this integration and we have custom WPBakery elements built by us. All the best.

The Isotope Grid is a custom element of our theme which does not have such a flexibility. For a different display, we suggest using other WP Bakery grid elements. Otherwise, such a customization would require custom coding. All the best.

The theme is installed with an ISP who just switched from PHP 5.6 to PHP 7.2. The site has been unreachable since this very instance (switch from 5.6 to 7.2)? I see another user in here who commented on just the same?
In that case, it was related to an old theme version, updating the theme fixed the issue. So, you should make sure you have the current Leisure version available on Theme Forest, 2.1.6, installed on your platform. All the best.

Forgot to clarify: I do run Leisure 2.1.6
..got it back up.
I disabled the weather-forecast-shortcode which led to another error in the Leisure Child themes functions.php where some custom code had been added. I deleted that, and then the site went back up.
There do seem to be a problem with the weather-forecast-shortcode, though.
I have disabled the weather-forecast-shortcode
If enabled, the site throws an HTTP 500.
If the issue is related to the Simple Weather plugin, then you should make sure the plugin too is updated to the current version included in the theme. We are right now on Simple Weather 4.3.1. All the best.

The theme does not have booking and payment functionalities integrated. We recommend WooCommerce Bookings or browsing Code Canyon for a high rated hotel booking plugin. All the best.
Hi everybody, it seems that at this moment is not possible to add, by “Booking form” from the Page builder, the single check field (for the GDPR acceptance, compulsory in Europe for any form in the website). Only date, single row text, mail and phone fields can be choose adding a form from the builder element. Is it possible to change this setting?It’s very important! Thank you.

Yes, I already added it in the form, but when I try to put it in the page by Page Builder (using “Booking form” element from “Curly Themes Extension”), when I choose the booking form, I can’t choose the field to make it appear in the page!Hope to be more clear now…
I understand now, thank you for making this clear. If you use our custom Booking Form Visual Composer element, then the fields you select are only for the preform in page, the complete form with all the fields is in the pop up. The preform does not display buttons, checkboxes and other similar elements. This should not be a problem because the preform in page sends info to the form in the pop up, it is not an actual form. Still, if you rather have it all in the page, you can use the default Ninja Forms element.

Ok…one issue even using the Booking Form element: if I try to send the mail the page become completely blocked, I can only refresh the page to continue the site navigation but the form is not usable! The complete form is not a popup but an inclusion with sidebar (it appears in the same position of the preform) ... maybe there is a corrupted js?Also the date is not accepted as a valid (date field with calendar)...
P.s.: the date issue appears only when is checked the date format GG/MM/AAAA, using GG-MM-AAAA is all ok… but the form is even blocked when I click the “send” button in the preform. I tryed modifying a pre compiled form and creating a new one… same problem with both.

Yes, it is now mandatory to use a Google Map API for the map to be displayed. You need to add your API key at Appearance > Customize > Developer Tools > Google Services > Google Maps Api Key. If you do not have one, you can create it here: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key Google offers free credits for each account, so if you do not have a lot of traffic on your site, it is still free. Also, you need to update the theme to the current version. All the best.
