2. Yes it is. Featured images accept GIF, JPEG and PNG formats.

Sahel theme was on -40% sale from Tuesday, March 5th, and concluding on Friday, March 8th. This was a part of ThemeForest portfolio/creative campaign and during that time the price was $35. Since the sale period ended, the price returned to original value.

Hey guys, the Sahel theme looks amazing. I would love to buy it, but before that I would like to know, if certain changes would be possible.
Is it possible to remove the thin lines on the Sahel home page, or at least the one on the left which creates the square shape in the upper left corner. I would like to write out my brand name and not only one letter, like it is now in your design. + is it possible to remove the Arrows for the slider. I would like to have it as clean as possible.

1. Sure, you can replace portfolio list with blog list, here’re couple of blog list types http://sahel.elated-themes.com/elements/blog-list/
2. When it comes to blog post feed, you can choose either blog template http://sahel.elated-themes.com/right-sidebar/ or insert blog list shortcode, as seen in first answer.
3. This line is hardcoded for row title and can only be changed or removed using custom CSS.

Portfolio lists and blog lists have different design. In order to match these, you’d have to include some additional CSS on your own.

I am showcasing portfolio items on landing page, and I do not want click to link to portfolio page but only to open up in pretty photo. I only have one image in the portfolio, but it keeps saying I have two of the same image (this is because of the featured image and portfolio item). When i try taking away the portfolio item and only leave feature image, it will not allow me to open in pretty photo? Please advise?
