Hi, I bought 1 license, and activated it first on a domain. Later on, I did deactivated the license from that domain and put it on another domain, but it shows that it is still available on the first domain. How long should it take before I can add the purchase code to the second theme?

.porto-onepage-category shows random background color for each category on the demo 19 when you roll over the category as you have on the demo, how can I specify background color for each category?

“eliminates all unused options once your site is ready to go Live” means we have added a special option regarding Speed in the Theme “Porto Speed Optimized Wizard” from which you can turn OFF all the WP Bakery and Porto Elements which you are not using on your site and by turning OFF then all the JS and CSS of those particular elements are also eliminated which help your site in Speeding UP.

Please go to Porto >> Theme License and click on deactivate button and then again activate the Theme with the same purchase code and try to Import the Demo again hope you will not find this issue.

Hi, I purchased support and have read the instructions in the link above. The instructions indicate that I would have to deactivate the license on the dev site, but that won’t work because I need to keep the dev site functioning for future testing. When the site was built on dev, we copied it for the live site, but now that I’m updating the theme I still need both dev and live site to work. Can you show me how to do that without deactivating the license on the dev site? Thank you.

You have to turn ON the Page Title from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Breadcrumbs and then it will show on your site all pages, but if you want to turn OFF on some of the specific pages on your site you can turn OFF by editing those pages and you will find an option “Page Title” and you can turn OFF from there by checking it OFF.

Guys, i have the Porto theme for WooCommerce and also Magento (Magento is still supported, although I think we are going to stick with getting WooCommerce up and running for now). Would it be possible to move our remaining support from Magento to our WooCommerce purchase? We have a Woo store up and running, it looks amazing, but we are getting some really weird slow response times even with Cacheing and Cloudfire (slow with and without) and I just can’t see what it is!!
