I want to make a website with a catalog of rental products. Is there a quick way to enter a product listing, description, price, and product page. Should we add the woo commerce module for this?

Please help me. I have 4.0.3 installed now. I purchased the theme for $62 typed in the 3 pieces of information thats needed for the automatic updates (as i dont have a Cpannel in my go-daddy account) I got the “registration complete” with a check mark. An there is no option to update. Its not giving me an option to update this theme. please help me. I also tried doing it manually with the zip file and it states “the folder already exist” so that option is out because I dont have a cpannel)

Why do the buttons underneath ”$39” & ”$249” on this page not do anything? There is no hover effect if you mouse over them or when you click on them, nothing happens…super strange to me.

Your fusion columns have a ‘lift-up’ animation in them. This causes internal links to not work. Please disable all columns hover effect and recheck the button

i can not get my faq elements to be visible in my theme, if i am in admin i can see them but not in the active theme

I’ve been using this theme for a long time and I love it but I’ve also been waiting all that time to be able to have a break in the text of my buttons. When will this be available? X theme allows for this when will Avada catch up?

Right now this can be done by controlling the width of button via custom CSS, we have not yet received any feature requests for this particular styling of a button, however we are always open to suggestion so please do send us yours with the title of Feature request to support@theme-fusion.com and we will add it to our list :)

Thank you. It’s a good solution. Wondering if you guys might put a field in the button pop up interface for determining width.

Basically the button works on padding, we can’t simply do that with the width because of how dynamic the text could be, let’s say that a user put longer text in buttons and describe a shorter width, that will cause issues in such scenarios.

I have a problem contacting support. The email I used to purchase the product is no longer in use so I cannot register my product to contact support and open a ticket.

I have Avada 5.8.1 and wordpress 5+. Suddenly my hamburger icon does not open, it appends an # to the url in the address bar. Also, my toggles do not open, they append an # followed by about a dozen random characters to the url. I am using autoptimize and w3tc but disabled both and problem persists. I have literally disabled every plugin, cleared caches and issue persists. Any ideas? Could it maybe be the last fusion patch causing problems? https://rehomeinspections.com

I receive this errors on my client sites when they have

our page content could not be displayed as a Fusion Builder layout. Most likely that means, there is some invalid markup or shortcode in it. Please check the contents in the text editor. See here for more information.

This happens when zoomsounds plugin is activated and I try to activate Fusion Builder on a page

Is there anyway to put Fusion Builder in debug mode ?

We have no such reported issue and we have tested the icons at our end. They do work correctly. Please ensure you have correct syntax added in custom CSS and reset fusion cache by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard > Avada > Theme Options > Performance.

I have searched all of the help info on your website as well as in the comments here. I cannot find the info I am looking for. I have to change the submenu font. I am using the Avada – Cafe theme. I want the sub menu font be different then the default you have on the theme. Is this option in the “Theme Options” section? I can see the “Main Menu” font option, but not the “SubMenu” font option. If so I cannot find it. Can. you tell me where it is as I did not see it listed in any of your help articles on your site. Or do I have to customize the CSS? If that is the case and you please put here the line of code I need to customize in the CSS so I can fix this issue quickly. Thank you so much! :)

So, from what I can see, at present the sub-menu font is connected to the main site body font. When I change that, I change the submenu font. But that is a problem. Can you let me know what code I can add a font style to the submenu text. Thank you. :)

Yes, the sub-menu font does not have it’s own Typography type option, the menu font option applies to all menus. You will need to use some CSS to apply the font of your choice to the sub-menu items.

Everything OK and Green under System Status

Everything works in WP…..when i want to change any option under Them Options Panel i get this message: There was a problem with your action Please try again or reload the page!

I deactivate all plugins except fusion builder and core, clear browser cache too but the problem remain the same, i cannot change anything in the Theme Options Panel.

Hi, in cPanel i’ve disable the ModSecurity and now the Theme Options panel works but in cPanel i got this message: Warning: ModSecurity disabled for one or more user domains. Disable ModSecurity only when resolving a problem with your configuration. If ModSecurity is not activated, the domains lose the additional level of protection provided by the module.

While I wait for the host response, I have found a compromise, disable the ModSecurity, change the various settings of the Theme Oprtions panel and then reactivate the ModSecurity.

However I have found who is the cause of all the evils, but I still have to understand how to solve it. It’s stressful to activate and deactivate whenever I have to change an option to the theme.

Hi, a client of mine has trouble with showing the image captions and titles in the image carousel. The lightbox is enabled and the “data-caption” and “data-title=’This is the title of the image’” show up in the tag as attributes. But the title and caption does not display.

We are currently using Avada and have already disabled the global sidebar. However, we have enabled sidebar on each of our pages individually. We are currently facing some technical issue with sidebar on our blog page/ blog archive page. We are unable to show the default sidebar even we have tried each and every possible solution.

Hi. 2 presale questions

1. The price of my product changes with the quantity, for example price for buying 100pieces is different from buying 500 pieces. So for the “Add to Cart” Button, can it be changed to “Get Quote” ? If this is done, does the customer send us an individual enquiry for every product that they are interested, or do they send one enquiry for all the products that they are interested ?

2. Can a whatsapp button be added with every product ? For example, product code is ABCD12345. Once a customer clicks on the button, a conversation will be automatically be started, sending us a message that says “Hi I would like to find out more about ABCD12345”.

The above queries pertain more to the woocommerce plugin

1) Changing the button is not a native option in woocommerce or Avada. This would require custom code or a plugin (there are several plugins that do this)

2) You can create a whatapp link and add it to the short description area of the porduct. Creating the link is quite simple. You can see how its done here
