Please update your Theme to the latest version and also the Theme required/recommended plugins as well, I am sure you will not find this issue as we already have an h1 tag for the page title, otherwise, you have to change it by editing the core files of the Theme as per your requirements.

Please follow the steps given below you will not find an issue.

Please Install the theme on Test site and activate it by going into Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate, and Install the Demo and Configure it as per your requirements.

Now before migrating or using the theme on Live site you have to deactivate the License from the test site by going into Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and you will find the Deactivate button just click on it, it will deactivate the license from the test site.

Then finally go to the Live site and Install the theme on Live site and Activate the theme on Live site with the same purchase code by following the same steps.

You will not find a single issue and if yes then contact us we will reset the purchase code for you.

This is the default functionality of the Price Filter, It will show the complete/exact price of the products, If you want to change it, you have to Customize the Theme and element/widget as per your requirements.

I see. But interestingly, the price filter seems applied inclusive tax when clicked. Example scenario: When the shop page is loading first time, the highest price of product is 125(incl 25% tax). But price filter show highest range as 100 (actual price). But if I click on “Filter” button, then I can see only the products having price up to max 100 including tax. Seems, the filter ignores tax only when loading first time? I can provide you login to my site if necessary to check it out.

I want to display some of my categories with Grid layout but different columns number, for example – 2 columns grid for “category1”(default category), and 3 columns grid for “category2”.

When I do adjustments of ANY category:

Archive Options – Change default theme options. – Checked; Post Layout – Grid; Grid Columns – 3 columns (or any of the list);

THIS IS NOT WORKING!!!

And my category adjustments are not used!

The adjustments are taken from “Porto Theme Options / Blog & Post Archives”: Archive Layout – Grid; Grid Columns – 2;

There is ”$porto_blog_columns” variable, but it returns nothing (i have tried to echo this variable), and layout gets grid layout from ”$porto_settings[‘grid-columns’]” and this variable is always equal to Porto Theme Options / Blog & Post Archives / Grid Columns

I need to use Mailchimp for WordPress which integrates to mailchimp using API which gets details of the lists, fields and other details.

Using Porto Modal Box did not work, it does not even have the features in Modal Box that comes with ultimate add-ons for page builder, for example, the Porto Modal Box is a full page which I do not like.

Even on Modal Box demo page at https://ultimate.brainstormforce.com/modal/, the box is closed even though that it is getting a message as a result of the submission,

Is there anyway to use any addition to the field “Extra Class (Modal)” that prevents it from closing until it is manually closed?

On the other hand, would it be possible to use the field “Extra Class (Button/Image)” to other dim the image linked or even to replace it on hover?
